This store has been here forever, and is SO worth preserving for our community! You might pay less online or at Target, if they have the same items, but I love having our own old-style toy store in the village, where I can take my child to browse. I am very willing to pay a little extra to be able to have this place be there, and be open. They have a lot of things I could not find at big box stores. And it is such a nice experience to go into this store and look around. Plus they gift wrap free on request, and the staff and owner are always friendly...

What a great little shop of toys and Nick-nacks. It's unfortunate that the Guy behind the Counter doesn't even Greet you nor does he ask if you need any help, after picking up a few items, another Customer was purchasing an item, again he didn't acknowledge the customer. He charged her, and she left. What ever happened to Customer Service. This Guy was up in age clearly over 45. I ended up setting my items down and walked out. Omg I swear I dream about this toy shop every night! MY Grandma used to take me here as a kid. I'm 36 now and YouTubed clarmont village to see if I can see if THEEE TOY STORE is still there. Mannn She used to get me dinosaur sponges that grow under water lol. I remember the lady (cashier) was sooo nice. 😊 Both my Grandparents are dead now and I miss them Very Much.
