Edit: A few minutes after leaving this review I received a call from the restaurant. They apologized for the way my situation was handled and that nothing was done or offered on their part while I was there waiting patiently. I really do appreciate the prompt call to rectify the poorly handled situation. They more than made up for the poor experience. I am glad as me and my family have been here multiple times and usually have A+ service.

Original review: I’m not one for leaving negative reviews but this experience was ridiculous. I called 15 mins before arriving at the restaurant placing a take out order for a simple medium pepperoni pizza. I arrived a little after 15 mins and was told it would be an additional 10 mins. No biggie, I was told over the phone it would be 15-20 mins. I wait over 15 minutes and someone finally come up to me and lets me know that they “accidentally” gave my pizza away. This order was for my kids and they were in the car waiting with my wife. I was told they were remaking my order but offered nothing as an apology. I waited another 20 minutes for the bloody pizza. I was there a total of over 30 minutes waiting for a medium pepperoni pizza. How does this happen with 5 people walking...

NO STARS IF PoSSIBLE!!!!

Not a "family friendly"restaurant especially to a child of special needs.

I along with the rest of my party were made to feel very unwelcomed by the owner "Laura" and the manager "Sean". My daughter is autistic, slightly deaf and at times a little loud.

I witnessed Laura sit with another guest, point, and talk about my child. She walked by after and gave dirty looks at us.

Shortly after we were asked to leave. That it was unfair to their "other guest" to have to deal with "her" as Sean "The manager" referred to my daughter. I was appalled he came over to our table with such a rude inappropriate comment, I asked for my bill. 2-3 minutes later after he came back and said if you just get "her" out of here NOW!!! and leave we won't charge you."

I will never return to this unfamily oriented establishment of special needs children and their familes.

Pizza & such' this review is going on ALL sources of social media to expose your business, the service, and unprofessionalosm of your staff. I will be contacting an attorney as well for discrimination and...

I love trying new restaurants so..my sister and brother in law decided to try this place yesterday..Just to make this simple...Their prices are ridiculously high🙄😬. I purchased a Pizza with 3 toppings and it came out to borderline $40bucks..just for that. HELLO..its not Buca Di Beppo.They took over 30 mins. Their Pizza taste undercooked and cheap..pizza crust was burned🙄🔥..Just to Bring us the pizza..and their drinks taste..cheap..The soda taste like faucet water🤮...I asked for a refill..they said they dont do refill. Everything is uncomfortable..people walking and basically bumping into you. Basically Some pizza, wings came out to over 70 bucks.its not a large Fancy restaurant..its a local one. They over price customers..so they can afford their rent! .I do not recommend..I suggest Blaze Pizza right across the street which is more people friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. Take my advice..go...
