Had a wonderful time with friends here. We arrived on a weekday and were free soak in the exhibits as we pleased. The art ranged from traditional paintings to black and white night photography to mixed media collages— everything interesting, fresh, and unpretentious.
The space itself is light and airy, with two galleries showcasing specific artists, a courtyard, outdoor installations, and connected exhibit rooms. Although drinks are not allowed within the galleries, there are cubbies near the gender neutral restrooms for you to store your stuff. The restrooms themselves are spacious, clean, and well stocked.

Read moreIt was very clean and quiet inside which i appreciated. The young lady at the front desk was very sweet and gave us a proper rundown of the facility. Although, the “security” was an older white woman who proceeded to follow us through the museum the whole time. We were not the only ones in there but the other visitors were white so maybe that’s why she was targeting us and not them. Me and my boyfriend had came on a romantic date that was ruined because of this. This was our first time visiting but because of how uncomfortable she made us we will not be returning.
