Recently divorced and Don Fraser was my now ex wife lawyer.

She replaced lawyers 2 months after I filed for divorce and served her. Her first lawyer was MIA and did not communicate with my lawyer besides calling my lawyer and complaining about his client (my ex wife) that she is annoying him and his office.

If you want a lawyer that will fight for every penny and along the way will DESTROY YOUR CHANCES of ever having an amicable relationship with your soon to be ex then go for it and hire Don. He will fight with everyone involved and destroy any relationship just like my ex wife does very well.

The first time Donald emailed my lawyer I knew I need a new lawyer as well, due to the threats, the language he chose to use and in addition the incorrect details in his response to my divorce complaint made me realize that I need a new lawyer because Don and my ex thought that lying will get them more money and to be honest it did and I don’t think my lawyer was good or aggressive enough to be able to deal with Donald which is why I changed lawyers.

I was 100% right on all counts

They claimed that myself and my ex did not had any marital issues until June 2024 which allowed them to ask or demand longer spousal support which they got.

We are only talking about ONE month. If they didn’t make this claim I would have to pay 11 months but because they made such claim I had to pay an extra month which Don knew I wasn’t going to fight but never the less used this false claim to get her another month, of course she didn’t care.

The reality was that we were in counseling therapy number of times and as late as the end of February and the beginning of March 2024 and our issues didn’t start at the couples counseling clearly.

For example he/they argued and attacked OUR real estate lawyer and his office over nothing.

He reveled to the buyers of our house via email that we were getting divorced and by doing that he put the entire deal at risk while I was (not we) losing hundreds of thousands of dollars being it was my money that bought the house and it was my money invested in the house to fix and for improvement purposes and she brought nothing but debt into the relationship.

Donald also found “a way” to slice our real estate brokers commission by 1% which saved his client (my ex wife) 0.5% of her commission. I paid the full agreed upon commission which she didn’t and in addition he reduced our real estate agent fee by about 2 hours for his time for no good reason other than “save money” for his client (my ex wife) and along the process bill more hours to my ex which is all documented in emails he sent OUR real estate lawyer and my divorce lawyer. Pathetic and ridicules.

Donald also thinks that making fun of me and “giving me an extra $0.01” (quote from his email) is also a good practice for a lawyer and a good way for me to be willing to have any relationship with now my ex wife after the divorce was finalized. Honestly what she didn’t do to ruin our marriage and our future of parenting Donald did very well and completely demolished those chances.

We have a one year old baby and I want nothing to do with his client, my ex due to the nastiness and ugliness techniques and attitude they both chose to process and complete what should have never be, a very short, one sided marriage that only benefited my ex. Nothing short of...

Regrettably, Mr. Carter does not understand what transpired, nor the obligations of an attorney. In his case, we represented the Seller, not him. During the three-day attorney review., and before any contract was finalized, there were multiple offers. Our client, the Seller, elected to accept a different (higher) offer, and not to proceed with Mr. Carter's offer. There was absolutely nothing unethical or improper in our client's decision. Our role as attorneys was to represent our client, the Seller, and to implement our client's legal and proper decision to accept a higher offer, and to reject Mr. Carter's offer. While we regret that Mr. Carter is disappointed in not purchasing our client's house, there was nothing different that could have been done. His complaint of unethical conduct is grossly misplaced. We wish Mr. Carter the best in attempting to find another home to purchase, and hope that he will retract his unfortunate and misguided negative comment, which is plainly unfair and inaccurate.

Unethical this law firm (Perrotta) is ...Had a contract and left a deposit on a home and the offer was sent into attorney review.. Another Offer came in 2 days later and because it was more money Perrotta voided out my offer. If your selling a house and want a guy that obviously doesn't care or respect a contract that had a deposit on then this is your guy . If your buying a house I wouldn't trust this guy as far as you can throw the house.. 100% unethical what he did and I suggest anyone find a lawyer that cares about what happens so the deal is done with respect and integrity.
