SEE UPDATE BELOW: We were happy from the time we went and the store we were not pressured, we were shown exactly what we were looking for. Casey Wallbaum Was our salesman and we really liked him a lot. The only thing I really was disappointed with is the fact that we do have to wait for a month for our mattress to be delivered but I understand that things are different now so it did not keep us from buying the mattress from him we actually bought 2 mattresses, one for each of our 2 bedrooms. I just want to add to this review. I called again and ordered an additional product , Dion assisted me and was very nice and helpful. UPDATE I have to update this review because I am pretty annoyed at this place. When we first went in as you can see by my review the customer service was great. We bought two mattresses one queen size one regular size. An adjustable bed frame, two of their mattress covers, which they said if we didn't buy their particular covers it would void the warranty and of course they were twice as high as anywhere else but we did that because they did have a good warranty and we also bought a pillow which was close to $50. Well I can tell you now if you need to use their warranty don't bother buying mattresses from them we have had our mattresses for I believe a couple of years, still under warranty my husband's queen size mattress developed some weird knots and every time he would try to lay on his side it hurt him. We called, we did everything they ask us to do for the warranty sent at least six pictures the mattress was spotless but in the end they told us that they felt like it was a comfort issue and they would not honor the warranty. They said that they felt like the mattress was just too firm for my husband which by the way I think he would have known that after sleeping on it for the first week, and just suggested that we buy a mattress topper to put on the mattress and of course I'm sure they wanted us to buy it from them. Read moreThis was our second time purchasing mattresses at Denver Mattress within a years time. This time it was a mattress for my husband and I. We had been shopping the Tempurpedic line (on internet), and decided to go to Denver Mattress. We were greeted by Savannah and was showed the different Tempurpedic's that she thought would work for our situation. After trying out different mattresses in that brand and realizing the expense of them, my husband and I wanted to think about it. To be perfectly honest, we shopped another mattress store. The pressure and the "Sales Pitch" that we received from this other store, pushing us to purchase the most expensive Tempurpedic mattress, per the salesman, " Because that's what we needed". We knew then that we were going back to Denver Mattress and test these mattresses one more time. Again Savannah greeted us, plus remembered us. She told us to take our time and she would be there to answer any questions we had for her, and we did just that. We haven't received our mattress yet, as it was just ordered yesterday, the day of our visit. But, Savannah was awesome and showed us Everything from the pillows, mattress covering, and sheets. Just hope the Delivery and set up crew our just as good. This will be our first time having Denver Mattress deliver our mattress, as we usually take them with us. Thanks Savannah for a pleasant...

Back in 2021 my husband bought me a beautiful sleigh bed with drawers from Furniture row. We came back to Denver mattress to get a nice bed and adjustable bed frames. I specifically asked Jaxon, about if he thought the drawers would cause a problem for the legs of the adjustable base. He said they shouldn't, but if they did, they can take the legs off the frame, and the frame can lay on the slats of the sleigh bed. Fast forward to today, March 23rd. Delivery men came, which were awesome, and guess what? The frames wouldn't fit with the drawers. The delivery man said that the bases can not be laid on the slats. He also said the salesman will say anything to make a sale. So now, my beautiful bed has two massive openings. Called the store and the assistant manager basically said to bad to sad. We could either return the bases and get box springs (which we can't. We need the adjustable bed frames for a reason) or return the mattress and frames. We have spent alot of money here. Alot. Couches, armoire, beds, frames, and mattresses, all to be made to feel unimportant. Can't say we...
