On the 19th I called to ask a question regarding the new Pokémon game to surprise my husband. The associate laughed at me on the phone. When I came in to purchase the game said associate was talking with another customer who had the same question as I did. The associate said he just laughed at someone with the same question. I'm guessing the associate didn't know I was the one on the phone earlier. Fast forward 4 days to yesterday. I went in to buy my nephew the same game for his birthday and the other game for my husband. A different associate checked me out. He was rude and dismissive when I was using Klarna Tap to Pay in the store. I had never done that before and had an issue. He said they didn't take it anymore and that he thought he saw an email about it and I needed to find another way to pay. I called my husband who walked me through it and it worked. They do in fact take Klarna. I won't be back. I'll drive to New Albany or St. Matthews from now on....

I recently purchased a controller online for same day delivery that their website said was in stock. 120$ purchase, for only my order to be almost instantly cancelled after I already paid. That takes 7-9 banking business days to get your refund. The reason it got cancelled was because in their system it said the controller was out of stock, but yet their website for this location said it was in stock, and not only that, I called the store to confirm it was in stock and indeed it was.
