I ordered through the app and was told it would be available in 10 minutes. I showed up a few minutes after that to pickup a curbside order. After sitting in my car for 10 minutes, I went inside because I received no response from the text message I sent indicating I was at the store and nobody answered the phone when I called the store. There were 5 other people waiting inside to pickup app orders. When I asked about my order the woman was very rude and barked at me that they were short staffed and that I would have to wait. I waited and additional 30 minutes for my food. As I was waiting the staff was taking orders from people who walked into the store. By this time there were 10 people waiting for app orders. While all these walk ins were getting their food right away despite myself and others placing our orders 30 minutes or more ago. I spoke with Megan the manager and she was also rude saying that helping walk-ins before app orders is company protocol and that they had not received her truck orders for the week. I completely understand that people can get in the weeds but she was rude and blaming everyone and everything instead of saying...I am really sorry, we are short staffed and I am getting your order as fast as possible. After I waited about 30 minutes Megan did lock the doors and turned away walk-in customers. This store has seemed mismanaged for some time but Megan needs to go. Read moreThis was a very unpleasant experience at this Qdoba. Firstly, I came to the restaurant earlier that day and had to wait approximately 30 minutes to dine inside. The guy making our food took a phone call while still preparing food then proceeded to make our food with the same gloves. People picking up cheese and other items with his hands. I wanted to say something but they were busy and I didn't want to be a bother. Later, I came back to place an order for carryout around 7:30 to place an order for my husband. They were only taking carryout orders so I placed an order through the app. I had a very hard time doing so and I struggled to find what I wanted. I was trying to order steak and cheese be 3 layer nacho. When I got my order I realized that I placed it incorrectly. I called inside and spoke to the manager christian. I advised him of what happened and he told me to replace the order and don't use the app. I asked him could I return the order I had and get a refund. He said no. I asked him could I just add what was missing and pay the difference to avoid over paying. He again replied no.soi had to replace the order and wait an additional 20 minutes when I could have simply ordered a side of steak and toppings. Read moreI ordered catering from this Clarksville location recently and am very disappointed. I placed my order online the day before and selected 5-5:30 pickup time for the following day. When I arrived at 5:25, the young girl who met me at the door (since it was curbside only) said they hadn't started on my order yet. About five or 10 minutes later, they brought my order out. When I got home, I discovered they left out the veggies I paid $10 extra for. I called them and asked if they would refund the $10 and they agreed and said they realized after I left they forgot to put it in my bag. No big deal, people make mistakes and the food still tasted good. That night, I noticed two transactions pending in my bank for over $180 which I found odd considering the total was less than $150. I was told only one would post for the correct amount so I waited until the next day. I then got a new invoice emailed to me that night showing someone had added a $52 tip I never signed for. Both transactions posted on my bank account. That means over $360 came out of my bank account for something that should have been less than $150!! I had to call Qdoba & the bank to dispute. I got them removed but feel this was a very dishonest thing to do to someone. I will never eat at this...
