First meal of the new year, mate & I visited IHOP across the bridge in Indiana. Service upon entering was slow. Majority of the servers seemed “new” & not very inviting. We weren’t greeted but the employee at the podium looked at & asked couple that walked in after us were they drinking in too. I found that odd, they asked for a server named Lily, that employee happily said yes. Then the young man that ended up being our server grabbed two menus, asked if it was just us two and preceded to walk us to the dining area. That whole encounter was enough for me to walk out but my mate really wanted IHOP. The seats were visibly dirty with food on them, asked server to wipe them. He removed a coffee pot from the table there were visible stains on the table. We placed our orders, the chicken tenders on the appetizer platter weren’t thoroughly cooked. When brought to Our servers attention he came across as timid and unsure. We didn’t recall him giving his name at all when he seated us. His service did improve during the stay and he comped us for the appetizer we didn’t eat. The appetizer was freshly made but appetite for it was lost because of the raw chicken. As for the entrees, his was fine but My fish was overcooked & fries temperature weren’t hot at all, the Green beans weren’t cooked how I asked but I didn’t feel confortable asking for my order to be made over after all the other issues so I just ate it. It wasn’t too busy this day and hour, around 5:45pm, I expected things to be better. The fish was good & the cinnamon bites. The name on the receipt may have been the server’s wasn’t too sure but if it was Chevy, we tipped him well because he was polite & became more attentive.

I recently visited IHOP for breakfast, and the experience was delightful! The atmosphere was casual and family-friendly, just as expected from a classic American diner. Although the booth had some tape repairs, it didn’t take away from the overall cleanliness and cozy vibe of the restaurant. Now, let’s talk about the food — it was absolutely satisfying. I ordered a savory omelet topped with sautéed veggies, cheese, and a side of sour cream and salsa. The omelet was fluffy and flavorful, packed with delicious ingredients that were cooked perfectly. It came with a side of soft, golden-brown pancakes topped with a generous dollop of butter — classic IHOP goodness! The pancakes were light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. To top it all off, we had two milkshakes — one vanilla and one cookies & cream. Both were thick, creamy, and indulgent — a perfect treat to complement the meal. The service was friendly and the food arrived hot and fresh. I really enjoyed the relaxed vibe and how generous the portions were. Whether you’re in for a hearty breakfast or just craving some comfort food, IHOP delivers every time. Highly recommend this location for a satisfying meal with friends or family!

I am a regular customer. I come from Louisville to clarksville location because the food use to be amazing and the prices are great. Well tonight I had a different opinion. Since I dont eat pork I ordered a turkey club with turkey bacon. Instead I got home and had a BLT. The bacon was way under cooked and soggy. I also had no turkey at all apparently the person taking my order thought I said a turkey club with no turkey sub turkey bacon for pork bacon. If I wanted no turkey I would have ordered a BLT... Not only that I asked for 4 well done burgers and recieved 4 burgers with pink in them. Do better ihop. They had to have changed cooks because the food have changed... here's the bacon I threw the sandwich away so that's why I had gloves because I had to pick it out the garbage. So I had onion rings for dinner. At least the onion rings were good. Do better ihop. They have changed after the pandemic. I hate that too because the staff is so sweet. But the food needs to go back to normal. I'm not going to even bother going back to get the replacement meal they offered. I'm just not going back

Well I hate to give a bad review but I have no choice. The moment we walked inside and up to the front desk, there was a gentleman wearing all black that was busy searching under and around the desk for something and he did not greet us or even make eye contact with us. He then preceded to walk away and over to the dining room where I’m assuming was a waiter/waitress stand and looked over the shoulder of a waiter and stood and talked with him for about 5 mins. While we waited another Family walked in And also had to wait. The gentleman in black then walked back over to the front desk and agin did not make eye contact with or even acknowledge us and then walked past everyone in the waiting area to head outside the door. After that I just wanted to leave but we waited for a few more minutes and a server then came over to the front desk and said hello and asked us how many seats we needed and asked us to follow him. Walking through the dining area I could clearly tell that they needed to sweep the floor and definitely needed to replace the tables and I should have taken pictures but I did not want to make a spectacle of myself or cause a scene. Our waitress came over a couple mins after we were seated and she was A quietly reserved Speaker and as courteous as she could be but just not as attentive And available as I would have liked her to be. My 16 yr old daughter made a statement saying it feels very uncomfortable in here. I told her unfortunately I had to agree with her and that was getting very BAD vibes and all I wanted to do was leave and not order anything. After trying to shake off that feeling we ordered our food and I normally would have ordered something pretty substantial but I was looking to eat something small and just get out of there as fast as I could. My meal consisted of Two eggs some toast one piece of bacon and one little sausage link and some hash browns. My food was room temperature but I ate it, trying to just get through it quickly so we could leave. My daughter said her food was also cold but she did not tell me that until we were in the car because she is non confrontational. I Am sorry to say that I will not be coming back to this restaurant again For the rest of my life. THIS Was a TERRIBLE Experience and not a TRUE IHOP restaurant. You guys need to work on getting this location back into shape. If I could give this Rating Zero...

Where to start…. It’s a beautiful Sunday afternoon, spring is in full bloom. We have ridden our bikes from Louisville to enjoy this amazing day. We both say IHOP at the same time and so we set off on an adventure. Little did we know…. The gentleman that seated seemed quite put out by our arrival. As we walk to the table he has assigned us, our feet stick nearly every step. This should have been a red flag…but it’s a pancake house, syrup is sticky…we over look it. The table is damp, so surely it is clean. Someone will be right with us. So we wait. And wait. And finally a friendly enough server stops by. We fiber her our drink order and tel her we have had time to peruse the menu and are ready to order. She takes our order, repeating back attentively what we have chosen. Our drinks, 2 waters and a coffee, arrive. And she immediately notices that one of the glasses has something smeared on the side. We are thankful for her attention… She replaces the water glass and I stir my coffee. I can’t wait for the cinnamon stack!! I sip my coffee slowly so that I have some left for my food. Sip after sip. The water is gone. The coffee dwindles. I’m not sure if the carafe at the table has coffee in it but by the appearance of the container I wouldn’t trust trying it. 30 mins in she returns to alert us that our food is coming. “The kitchen is a little slow today” You don’t say???? No refill of water no attempt to fill my coffee cup. At the 40 minute mark we decide that we have wasted enough of this beautiful day and leave. No one even notices. While I would like to say that I am sorry for drinking a cup of your coffee and not paying for it, I cannot. Your restaurant has robbed me of enough time to compensate for the coffee. I am not sure how they keep the doors open if this is any example of their business practices. And beyond that, why they bother. I can honestly say we will not return to this establishment and will have to seriously contemplate entering another IHOP in the future. I hope that this review keeps another patron from...

Yesterday was one of my longest days, working at 6:30 am, hot day and getting home after 5pm I really didn't feel like cooking, The kiddos suggested IHop, we hadn't been in over a year! So with some extra funds, I agreed. When we arrived after a few mins standing at the door we was finally greeted with the words, we only have 1 server and 1 cook, our food wait time is about 25 mins. No Welcome or anything, just straight to the point! The kids really wanted Ihop so we agreed. We sat, it took a lil while to go over the menu, but our waitress was nice, and she got drinks rather promptly. After about 15 mins from taking care of other guests we put in our order. We heard a kid crying from the other table complaining of hair in his fruit cup, but the mother was occupied with her other son they brought no attention to that and just told the kid to eat something else. Now for our food our appetizer came out approximately 37 mins after ordering, our waitress did not come to our table once during this wait time. After another 30 mins almost our meals came out, the kid's food looked great, my plate however very clearly not even leaving the waitresses hands had a wad of hair over the fries... she intended to hand it to me, after I announced the hair she said she'd leave the sandwich and have new fries made. My whole thought was absolutely not, I was disgusted. More so that not even a manager or the cook apologized. They left it all up to the waitress. I wanted to leave, pay for nothing and just leave. I have never had an experience like this in my life. It is beyond me how a restaurant with such poor quality and hygienic mishaps can even serve food. Apart from that I did pay for the meals, minus my hairy plate... I even left a 20% tip just because it was not the waitresses fault. I expect to be fully reimbursed from this night. My stomach still turns just...
