Had an appointment for my AirPods at 11:20 for which I arrived 5 minutes early. There was a woman ahead of me in line. A Geek Squad employee came up and asked the woman ahead of me if she had an appointment, she did not, but they decided to help her anyway, taking her in my appointment slot.
