Wow! Where do I begin. I was excited about finely getting the chance to try this famous attraction. Took my entire family to share in the experience. Service was prompt, we ordered from the counter just like any other BBQ Restaurant, the selections seemed to be endless. So we mixed it up quite a bit. Myself and my Son tried the three meat sampler. I had Pork, Brisket and Smoked Sausage two sides and a Drink. My son had pork ,brisket and sausage as well. The Girls just had sandwiches and one side. Brisket, Chicken and a Pork sandwich. With the exception of the sausage and the cheesy potato casserole all of our Entrees were cold! My pork had congealed fat still present! Get a mouthful of that for dinner! Brisket was also cold and very DRY! good thing they have such a large selection of BBQ sauces as they had enough moisture to allow the meat to slide down!

I did ask if there was a microwave present so we could at least reheat our foods, no luck! The young lady did offer to replace our food but from the same pans that they originally served our present meal from. I will say that the eatery was fashionable as well as novel. Would be a great place to take your friends maybe for lunch if they are really busy to assure rapid turnover of their food products. I wish them well and hope that maybe this was a fluke. I did go back up to the counter and ask for a comment card, I was informed we don't do comment cards! Maybe that's...

So first time i went was today and they seam awesome woulda got a 5 star but we ordered online I got the half chicken with green beans and brisket baked beans my partner got a sandwich with mac n cheese and 2 of the special cups the lids didn't stay on the cups at all i mean literally just would fall off if I'm spending $3+ on a drink because it's in a special cup the lid better be functional witch it was not the employees did offer me anouther cup but gues what same thing non functional lid so yah definitely lose some points on that but the flavor of the food was amazing the chicken was literally fall off the bone and the meat on the sandwich wasn't dry it was moist and soft but the baked beans it shows a picture peices of brisket in the baked beans sure the flower of the baked beans were amazing but at theses prices and you calling it brisket baked beans and showing a picture of a bowl of succulent beans with juicy brisket in it you better deliver twas not delivered also last thing they asked me what kind of BBQ sauce I liked my partner doesn't use sause but I do i told them I like a mustard based BBQ sauce what I was given was just straight runny mustard so If your into mustard BBQ stick to there normal sauces all in all I'm only being so picky because of the price yes it was good but I left feeling swindled due to the cup and backed bean we spent roughly $58 for that price i feel like we would have been better off...

The customer service was very good. I was hoping to like this place, but the barbecue is just meh . The meat is okay, it's not anything you can't stick in the crock pot and run through the oven and get better results. It's okay, nothing special, so I don't get all the raving reviews over the food. Maybe some people like it because it's "All American" military theme to the place, but the meat is mediocre and average. And there are other places that are "All American" without it being places in the theme or mission. So, that's not a hook for me.

But I did think the prices were actually fair for what it is and for how fast you get your food. They have to pay employees, and if they make point to hire veterans I do think it's a good thing so the prices weren't an issue for me at all. The sides were around $2.00 or so which around the price of a large fry at McDonald's, but this place is healthier. As for the other items, the green beans had that aluminum can taste to it, but I actually really liked how they do their potato salad. I also think their barbecue sauces are good. The meat is also really moist just lacking flavor for my personal taste. I don't care for the place, but I think it's great that others do and that there is more variety of food choices popping up so that people...

Mission BBQ left an indelible mark on my heart. The staff immediately won us over with their sweet nature, treating us to complimentary goodies two days straight. Being out-of-towners, this just made the experience even better. I chose the 2 meat combo, featuring a perfectly smoked sausage and tender brisket that was simply outstanding. My boyfriend's brisket sandwich was equally impressive, and the sides – crispy fries, mac 'n cheese, cornbread, and baked beans – were spot on. The peach cobbler was the perfect end to our meal, so good that we just had to take some extra servings home with us. The military-themed decor tugged at my heartstrings, especially the poignant wall honoring fallen soldiers from 9/11. Surrounded by photos of heroes, the atmosphere was both humbling and inspiring. And the food? Simply phenomenal. It's not just a meal, it's an experience that touches your soul. Can't help but love this place! It’s simply a must-visit!🇺🇸🍽️

Very good brisket with a smoky flavor that was just about right and moist. The turkey was also tasty and smoky and a bit on the dryness side but that’s to be expected for turkey since it is very lean. The broccoli, raisin and bacon salad was actually very tasty and despite the photo showing the cup not being filled, I had already eaten some and it was quite full when I received it. My only complaint was that the country music playing in the background was louder than it should be. I figure it really should’ve been more like background music but it was much louder than that, although to be fair I went at an off time and was the only person there. If you’re looking for good barbecue then you can’t go wrong at Mission. I could not help but notice how friendly the people working there were and how nice I was treated.
