If I could give no stars it would be preferred. We came in at 6:15 on a Tuesday when they were not that busy (I'm talking 2 people ahead of us) and were told we can sit in the high tops in the bar area. So we did. The tables were filthy so we were limited in our options for where to sit. Once we got a cleaner table, we placed our order around 6:30- 6:45 for the bottomless apps and some wings. We got our waters and one tea and waited for our food (10 wings per person, and the bottomless apps with mozzarella sticks and pickles). The bartender wasn't really checking on the tables in the bar area often enough to do refills or see if our order came out (literally we saw her twice in an hours time). 7:35 rolls around we still have no food and there's a waitress who I'm not sure if she was working the bar area and leaving the bartender to fend for her self or supposed to be in the main area, but she joins her friends sitting at a high top and spent the next hour talking to them and running to the bar to get their drinks. 7:40 our wings come out and the bust boy/food runner says sorry we don't have appetizers and that it was never put on the ticket. My husband goes to ask the bartender who took our order and she says she did ring them in but they were out of what we wanted. Rather than communicating with us about it early on she ignored us and left us until she was approached about it. When she does come back to finally bring napkins for our wings (7:50) she says they are out of mozzarella so she'll bring double pickles. We finally had enough waiting and asked for our checks at 8:22 and paid to leave so we can go eat elsewhere. Overall 2 hours of our time, no refills, cold wings when they finally came out and zero communication regarding our order. We will never come back and encourage others to avoid this location.

I’m curious why this location goes through the trouble of opening each day. They never answer the phone, if they do you will be put on hold and forgotten about or hung up on. If you decide to order online, nope they aren’t accepting online orders. If you decide visit in person to place a carry out order you will be ignored. Deciding to dine in? That’ll be a 30 min wait even though 3/4’s of the dining room is unoccupied, and that is IF you are deemed worthy enough to interact with the host (wherever they are at, hiding in the back?). If you are fortunate enough to place an order, don’t expect sauces. As an establishment that prides themselves in their array of sauces, that is only for advertisement, you will not get the sauces that you ask for even if you ask nicely — multiple times. I get the pandemic has put a lot of stress on the workforce, but at this point I have to ask again, why even bother opening?

Understaffed: the staff they had were great but they were working those poor kids to death. The hostess had to be my waitress and she was trying her best to do both jobs. First they said a 15 minute wait, which was actually 47 minutes (With 14 boothes and tables open) Our queso came in a plastic bowl bc they had "no clean dishes" and it took another 40 minutes for our wings to come out. Now my wings were ok but the boneless wings were the absolute saddest chicken I've ever seen (picture for reference) so my wife waited almost 2 hours for 10 BITES of chicken. This place has fallen way downhill and should be shut down. Fire that manager asap or pay your employees a livable wage so they don't leave you high and dry.

Super Bowl, biggest day of the year for sports and your location is two hours behind on carry out orders. And the professional ladies you have behind the registers openly state, “you are not my problem, your food is not my problem and you should blame the president for all this!” When you bring back professional and courteous employees, they will receive the same treatment in return. Maintain focus that it should be about quality not quantity. Have a good day.

So an update 1.5 hours later, still do not have my food. A floor server decided to step in and try and help. Would not listen to me or the gentleman standing next to me as we explained the situation and just blurted out, go get a refund. Her name is Charity and should be removed as a server as she lacks the patience and fortitude needed in the server industry. Have the common decency to treat the people that visit your establishment with a friendly smile and realize we want to spend money with you.

I would like to recommend the two ladies that were working the carry out table be given raises and promoted to servers. They were far more professional and patient than your wait staff which had a total of six tables.

So an update 2 hours later, while standing in a line, yes a line, to receive a refund, my food appears. Excited to get home and enjoy the wonderful tastes of Asian zing and spicy garlic, half of my order is wrong and the fries and tater tots are cold. Not 10 minute drive home cold, been sitting in the expedite window for 20 minutes cold. Order quesadillas and received chips and queso; ordered 10 medium traditional and received 10 medium boneless; ordered 10 spicy garlic boneless and received 10 Caribbean Jerk.

Oh well par for the course considering how the past two hours have went. Cheers!

PS - update four hours later. Received an email that BW’s had replied to my review. Curious and excited, I realized it was an automated reply since other reviews had received the same or similar version of the reply. It’s a shame not because my issues will fall on deaf ears but that the one positive experience out of this 4 hour relationship is the two young ladies that I mentioned earlier will NOT receive the recognition...

Well, first off the bartender, Shannon, was lovely. We waited at the front for a few minutes to be seated and no one came over so we went to the bar area. We sat, didn't see Shannon as she was the back getting something for another table. However, the GM Hilary was standing at the bar talking to a regular and don't even acknowledge us for 4 minutes. Clearly the bartender and server were busy but Hilaryjust kept on talking to the regulars and ignoring everyone else. Now as a customer, Nothing and I mean nothing, is more irritating than not being acknowledged. She could've easily paused the conversation and at least brought over menus and been like, Shannon will be by shortly or whatever. She just kept talking. Finally we get drinks and food ordered. But I kept watching as Hilary stood at the entrance to the bar, in the bartenders path and kept talking to the same couple. Bartender got six tables and Gm is in her way. Another server needed a drink made and bartender was in back getting something or another. She asks Hilary if she could make the drink for her since she was waiting and Hialrys response was OH JUST COME BACK HERE AND MAKE IT. ". Are you kidding me????? End the conversation. Pour a drink for your server and move your ass out of the way of actually working people. Bus a table? Run food? We sat from 2:39-3:37 and she was in the same spot yapping instead of focusing on customer service to the other patrons of the restaurant. I was appalled. The servers were great and I tracked them down to get the District and Regional numbers to file a complaint. I have never seen such laziness from a manager and lack of respect for them staff. There are always things to be done in a restaurant to help out. But I guess talking about the nonsensical stuff to regulars was more important than lending a hand. Remember, customers see everything. What I saw today makes me not to want to come back. The one saving grace was our bartender and server. The food was good as always but the general management needs an overhaul. We will be back to see Shannon but the GM is no reason for me to patronize the establishment. I can spend our...

An exceptionally busy Thursday lead to a longer than normal wait to be seated. Once seated, our two servers got drink orders quickly, asked about appetizers, and set us up to order when they returned. My party of 5 placed our order, and proceeded to wait. And wait. And wait. Several times, our servers came by to apologize about the wait. The kitchen is short staffed tonight, the local basketball team was playing causing a larger turnout than expected, we're doing the best we can.

Food was finally brought out and chicken was lukewarm to warmish. Not the hot boneless wings I've come to expect. Sauces were correct. We finished the dinner, our drinks were kept topped off, and we paid our bill. Before leaving, we went to the restroom to wash up.

My wife witnessed a front of house employee coming out of the handicap stall with another person and leave the restroom without washing her hands. She saw the same employee come back into the restroom with another employee within 20 seconds and head back into the stall. I had a similar experience in the men's restroom, where a front of house employee used the restroom and left without washing his hands. I understand you're busy, I understand you may have a hand washing station on the floor, but you do NOT leave the restroom without washing your hands.

Update 11 Nov 2022: Came in to take advantage of the Veterans Day promotion, and I wish they'd have kept it available for takeout. Service was slow as hell. Took way too long to even have someone come to the table. By the time they showed up, we were ready to order dinner, let alone drinks and appetizers.

Speaking of appetizers, everything pretzels were good, fried pickles came out with 10 slices on the tray for $8.50. Absolutely insane. They came out of the kitchen with no southwest ranch, but we're we're done with our 3 alloted slices before it came to the table.

Chicken was at least hot this time, but sauces were wrong for 1 of the 3 trays. Got my second beer after our trays were stacked at the end of the table.

A women's bathroom stall was out of toilet paper and had no paper towels. At 6:45 PM. Why do I keep...
