We don't go thru the drive-thru because of past orders and quality differences. Beijing beef has been overly cooked and hard or the Orange chicken has been really dry and hard. So, we now go in and see the food before we buy it or depending on who is working, they are great about making fresh food if it is because it has been sitting. Tonight, the girl was really rude as she talked to me. I had no idea I had to order online only and not from inside the restaurant, we had done so a couple of weeks ago. So, I went to order online and was told it could be 30 minutes or so before I could "pick-up" my order, when I was standing right there and they were not busy. I didn't argue that, I did mention that the pricing on Doordash was a lot more expensive than the prices listed right in front of me. I even showed her. I asked if I was really expected to pay the extra amount because I was being told online only and they had drive- thru open. She told me yes, they did not have registers open and could not take any orders, it was just people picking up orders, she told me they did not have the staff to run the registers. I left and did not order, I didn't feel it was right that I had to pay extra. When I got out to the car, my daughter asked why I didn't just order off the website. I honestly didn't know I could, I thought I had to do the pick up through Doordash, so I guess, thank you to the chick behind the counter that failed to tell me that much. We went ahead and ordered it though. It took about 15min to get the food but when my son was inside waiting for the food, he noticed they were taking drive-thru orders and the cash register was open. We get home with the food and the Beijing is too spicy hot to eat, the teriyaki chicken came without any sauce, so just grilled chicken. When this place does their job correctly, the food is good. It is one of our favorite fast food places, this makes only the second time we have encountered really rude staff and only the second time, it has been so spicy hot, that we literally can't eat it. I think some of the people on the shift tonight need to be talked to about customer service, not caving into a customer with unreasonable commands, but they could have been polite, told me they had a website and not just Doordash, or they could take the order in Drive-thru. Rude people and paying $41.94 when half the food is wrong, isn't a good thing when you aren't busy...
Read moreThe experience I had this evening was horrendous. I placed a mobile order at 5:30, pickup time they gave was 6:15. I arrived then, with my children. No food. I asked one of the two employees working the counter as to the status. She said “it’ll be awhile” and walked off. I once again got her attention and asked for a manager, she called for him. While waiting she went to the other counter employee and said “can you believe this “b**”, while laughing. The male began laughing, cackling even, despite the store being full of customers. They proceeded to fill orders for walk in customers, while neglecting four of us whom had placed orders mobile (all the while still carrying on laughing). One gentleman with DoorDash had been waiting over 25 minutes for fried rice. If you order ahead, pay for a service, are given a time they provide, your order should take precedent. Not here. This has happened to me on multiple different occasions at this location, and I ordered today providing them the benefit of the doubt and enjoying their food, but the laughter and name calling by the employees will not be overlooked. I will be going to corporate. The only bright side in this all, the manager was very kind, even acknowledged he heard their laughter and would handle it. I asked for a refund and this was done on the spot and off we went to find a place to eat. I will never return to this establishment, which is a true shame because I do...
Read moreFood is always great so sad to say I won’t be back. Service is always terrible. Half the time the card reader isn’t working in the drive through but will they put a sign to warn? Nope wait as the 10th car in line just to go inside. Seven workers in there all attending to DoorDash and the first customer in line. They let us check out and then let us just wait and stand for over 10 minutes as every person worked on DoorDash. Finally after asking what the hold up was clearly frustrated, they said they were waiting on part of our order. For record, you need to put a sign outside the informs people that they need to come inside instead of waiting in line, offer something else for customers with disabilities instead of pretending that it’s not an issue when they mention it multiple times that I’ve been here by the way. And also, if we are out of something that’s gonna take us over 10 minutes to replace please let your customers know so that we don’t have screaming children in the car and we can make an informed decision...
