I went in there with my fiancé, we were going around antique shopping. and I find a cute little Ceramic trinket, It was $5. I went in the front and there was no one at the register. There was no bell or anything so I wanted there for 5 minutes then I see the lady go help someone else when I was the first one there, when she finally came to check me out she was getting the item ready she took of the sticker and was Writing the receipt down. And when I was about to pay she realized it was $5 and Said that with a card it needs to be over $10 she shows me a tiny little orange sticker When you look down at the counter in the corner of the register that was hidden with stuff on top of it.
