I rate this place a 3 star. This place is absolutely so cool and amazing! You don’t have anything really like this around here. You see these things on blippi so it was very exciting! It’s very toddler friendly. Just a few things I would like to point out as I know it’s a newer place and maybe you’ll like to hear from an outsider opinion. The sensory area is amazing. So cool and unique. Unfortunately some kids are in there throwing the beads around so therefore it was hitting other kids in the face. Some kids are getting a little wild so they’re getting it in their ears, nose and mouth. So keep an EYE on those kids while in there. The beads were all over the place. They did have someone out vacuuming which was great. I think maybe putting plexiglass around will also help keep the beads more so in the pit. The kitchen/store area with the dress up costumes. My opinion should put a door on there to help separate that area from the jungle area. You can keep the foods more so in the area so it’s not completely empty. As for the dress up clothes. Parents were allowing their kids to wear the dresses all through out the play area. I think the costumes should be left so other kids can also have a turn. The big kids were taking over the big slides with the big floater…. Not really safe for the littles! It’s defiantly an amazing place. Maybe try to do a day where there is 4 and under who can come in and play. I think that will help the chaos. I obviously paid for valet which I didn’t know it threw me off but we had so much fun. When I got out to my car. Someone I’m assuming was parked next to me left their juice box on my car. This wasn’t the valet issue. I didn’t appreciate whoever did that to my property. The guy who was working valet. The one guy I know of. He was very nice and did a great job! Not really his problem. Also, I did see some kids without socks and some parents without socks. That’s disgusting. I would suggest having an option to buy socks at the counter and make it a rule no socks no participating. We don’t where your feet have been outside of the facility. I will for sure come back but thought I would help with some suggestions to make it a more safer and...

It was my 1st time visiting my 4.5 yr old 1/21, overall we love the concept and execution, it reminded me of the "Leaps and Bounds" of my childhood. Overall my child and myself had a positive experience, but I did have some concerns with cleanliness and safety. It's probably solved by the need for, not only more staff, but staff that has the authority to enforce the rules, which are in place to keep everyone safe and allow enjoyment for all. It was immediately clear that many parents just let their very young kids run free totally unsupervised and this is an issue for everyone, including your staff. Parents need to be told that it is not a free for all, they need to actively be participating in play with their kids and I find it so entitled and rude that some parents give no Fs at places like this and assume it's not their problem and that their unruly kids a free to do whatever. I have 9+ yrs of child care experience and am fully aware just how rude, entitled, and actively oblivious parents can be. It seems the concerns about the "sand" pit are being addressed but whatever it is replaced with needs to have a dedicated staff person standing there and firmly (but politely) enforcing the rules, this sounds harsh in concept but is needed for the safety and enjoyment of a section like that in a place like this. If parents have an issue with the rules being enforced they are the problem not your staff or facility. All of that being said the staff I experienced was friendly and professional. Gated entry into and out of the play area needs to be monitored as well. Including the enforcement of socks and not allowing food into the play area. I realize that the ability to address most of these concerns are likely due to low staff and maybe that's not currently fixable. I also might suggest a few times a month to offer sensory sensitive play times with lower lights/sounds and a more limited number of entrys, possibly enforced by reserving a space online during those times. I will likely be returning with my son but at a future date further out, in hopes that some issue have...

I typically don't leave reviews but I felt compelled to set the record straight. I was very excited to check out T&B Play with my son, because it reminded me of a similar play place we've gone to in Alabama, but it's the only one that exists. So the unique set up and play opportunities already makes this an in demand place to go. Especially getting into the cold months, I know a lot of us look for indoor play places to get the kids energy out. This play place has only been open a few weeks and did not expect to become known and so busy that fast, so they were not prepared for the volume and they know it. They are actively hiring so no need to keep harping on it. I don't think it's helpful for others to submit unfavorable reviews without giving this fun family play place a chance to get better. Instead of bashing them on social platforms, maybe make the suggestion or submit your concern directly to the owners and help them be better. I, myself, had a blast, maybe more than my son :D and can't wait to go back. I appreciate that they held sensory sensitive play hours for children with additional needs. That's when my son and I attended, and once the doors opened for normal hours, it was quickly packed. I can't blame anyone, of course we're all excited, as is this family to share their establishment with all of us! So yes, it's a bit chaotic, but I can see that they owners care and are quickly making changes here and there to make things run more smoothly. The parking lot fills up quickly as well, but they now offer valet so you can spend less time driving in circles, and more time playing :). As for the bead sandbox that so many have complained about, I really didn't think it was that bad, it felt like a massage on my feet, I could have stayed in there all day. I recommend...
