I have been coming to the Exercise Coach since March 2025 and I can say that I have seen progress in different areas. My blood pressure has decreased by 15 points, I haven't gained or lost any weight but my clothes do not fit as snug as they used to, and the biggest improvement that I didn't expect was the absence of knee pain and there is no more snap, crackle or pop when I stoop down or take the stairs. Kiara and Antonio are GREAT!! Kiara is really nice and supportive but doesn't let me get away with anything. Antonio is always checking to make sure my form isn't slacking and takes none of my excuses. I can truly say that I've seen a positive return on my TIME and MONEY. Gone are the days of spending 2 hours/day in the gym and getting little to no results. The Exercise Coach workout program allows me to better focus on controlling my exercises as well as better focus on what muscles I am trying to work. The controlled style of workout forces the muscles to work hard in a small amount of time. Including the Exercise Coach program into my workout schedule has greatly improved my overall strength and control as well as work my way through a shoulder injury. Because of the Exerbotic machines, I am able to push myself harder while maintaining proper form and control. The feedback the machines give during the exercises are essential and allows me to compete against my last workout. Read moreThe Exercise Coach is just that a coach to help you exercise effectively. I have the best coach there, I think. He is a former football player and he has that motivation force that I need to honor my commitment to go twice a week for 20 minutes. I am so surprised at what 20 mins 2X a week can do. In 3 months I have lowered my BMI from the obese range to the overweight range. I am ecstatic!
It’s a nice place: clean and new equipment. But the real deal is my results. I have noticed improvement in my everyday life like being able to pick up and carry a 24 pack of water. I also recently had the courage to go sleeveless. I love my legs now! I love seeing the definition in my muscles shining through.
