BestSmart the best place to buy an appliance, They are always there for you, and if not they'll make the time, I bought my first appliance two years ago, top and bottom LG washer and dryer, My fridge died during hurricane hellene, I went there bought a new fridge, When I got home MY fridge was running and ice cold, he didn't even all anything, said well maybe it was on defrost, well I lost all my food, Well now it's hurricane Milton, I evacuated, and when I got home power had been out, But had come back on fridge refrigerator everything but I had to throw it all away, because it had been thawed for a couple days, There days later fridge shut off again, couldn't get it to come back on, So I went to see J, and I bought a new one, Guess what, when I got back home the fridge was cold and running, I just couldn't do that too him again, plus I didn't want to have to go threw all that again with loosing all my food, I went there on a Saturday afternoon, and when he closed at 6pm the manager delivered my fridge around 7pm, He took out mine and put in the new one, Go to BESTSMART they are very loyal, and you can't beat the prices anywhere else, they'll match it, These are not used they are all brand new, Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ ...

I had a fridge picked out and delivered to my rental property, only to have it stop working a week later. We were given the option to have it repaired or replaced. We opted for repair, as the unit was in good cosmetic condition, and the replacement options were not.

We were then told the problem was the doors were constantly opened and closed as kids were in the house. My tennants are adults with no kids in the house.

BestSmart Outlet wanted to take the fridge back and swap doors with a different unit. The delivery person missed multiple delivery times requested by my tennant, so I requested a refund. Checking my statement, I see they only refunded ¾ of what I paid. Yes, there was a fee to pick up my old refrigerator, but they still have it and will recondition it to sell. In that sense, I paid them to give them inventory to fix and resell.
