Walgreens — Local services in Clearwater

As we all aware of in this crazy world to be able to travel, we need PCR test. Test has to be done 72hours prior travel starts. If you scheduled to leave, lets say on Saturday, you should do it on Wednesday. Walgreens testing partner AEGIS, receiving it, testing, analyzing, and reading takes 24-48 hours for the Lab. Means you already passed 72 hours, now what? Friday, almost 2 PM when checking AEGIS Site, you still getting this message!!!!! (number isn't the real one)

I frequented a Walgreens location this evening to make a deposit to a Capital One Bank Account. Capital One does not have brick and mortar banks in the State of Florida. As a result, Capital One has a contract arrangement with Walgreens and CVS to process cash deposits of up to $999 in one transaction up to a monthly limit.

This evening, I was frustrated by the cashier and manager who were sure they knew more about the Capital One arrangement. My deposit was refused because it exceeded the $500 maximum for prepaid cards. Capital One is unrelated to any prepaid card or arrangement.

I drove to a nearby Walgreens location on Missouri Avenue where my transaction was processed without question.

Because Walgreens had failed to properly train and advise at least this shift cashier and manager, I drove my validated deposit receipt back to their location for inspection.

While I will not frequent this location again for any reason, I will invest the necessary time to advise the regional management of these poorly trained staff.

My name is Xavier Gordon. A Customer Service Associate at Walgreens(#15435, Clearwater Beach). I went in today to buy me some Body Wash, when all of sudden the ESM(Emerging Store Manager) ask me if my E Bike was mine. I said Yes. He got all rude and angry. He told me "thats what the bike rack was for". :You can't just bring it in here." I never had a problem with any of the Walgreens bringing my e-bike in because I do not have a bike lock. As soon as he seen it was mine I feel like I was racially profiled and targeted and I will be going to HR on this and I will be writing a report on Medallia as well.
