I wanted to express my concerns regarding my recent visit. While Aunna did a good job with my injections and made me feel comfortable, I had a very negative experience with Norma. From the moment she came in, I felt pressured to receive more Botox than I was comfortable with. I've been getting Botox for years and have always felt good of the amount I received (30-40 units), but Norma's approach was aggressive and lacked consideration for my preferences.

She insisted on following the maximum recommended dosage from Allergan (which would’ve amounted to 60-70 units) despite my clear discomfort and history with the treatment. When I expressed my concerns, she became defensive, emphasizing her experience. I believe that regardless of experience, clients should never feel pressured, uncomfortable, or guilty about decisions regarding their own bodies.

Additionally, she had me sign a form indicating that if I required a touch-up, (mind you I still received around 55 units even though that was way more than I’ve ever received in the past) it would instead be considered a re-dosing, meaning I’d have to pay more. This felt presumptive, especially since she hadn’t treated me before and didn’t know my needs.

I’ve always valued professionalism and patient care, but Norma’s bedside manner was lacking, and I left the appointment feeling attacked rather than supported. I’m writing this so that others are aware of what they might experience if they see her. In my opinion, someone with such an approach should not be responsible for...

After waiting some time to see how I feel about what I now see in the mirror, I feel I can now write an honest review.

In a nutshell - I love Norma, the aesthetician at the Clermont location!

I was unsure about a suggestion she had made, and truly I was also hesitant about the cost for something that I wasn't even sure I would like. However, Norma answered all my questions, never pressured me, but did suggest that, if I was at all interested in the procedure, we start small so I could see if the results were going to be "worth it" for me.

Norma was exactly right in her recommendations. She knew I didn't want to look like I had a procedure done, so she was very careful of how she achieved my outcome, and she stopped when I felt that I didn't want any more done.

I do not look like I had a procedure done, but I do look like I finally had enough sleep and look more rested. The tired look that was, I felt, aging me, is gone.

I highly recommend Norma and the staff at the Clermont office - they listen, they don't rush you, and though they may not be the cheapest in the area, they are definitely the ones that are there for you if there are any questions before, during, or even after your visit. So, I’ll start by saying that when you see 5 star reviews you either get really skeptical (too good to be true) or really excited. I started looking for a new place to get Botox, because the last place I had gone to in the beginning of February for Botox either over diluted their solution or something else (my results barely lasted two months). I called Goldfingers and got in the same day with Bria which was perfect for my upcoming trip. I told her everything that was going on and we switched me to dysport and I barely felt a thing the entire time. It’s been about a month since I visited and I’m very happy with the results. She assured me that after two weeks if I wasn’t happy I could come back for a free consultation and touch up (of course, that’s assuming you get the full recommended treatment).
