My experience with lux beauty studio was I found this establishment through a groupon once I made a appt with the stylist so when I got there the owner had a issue with the groupon she stated that the groupon price was not correct and so I explain to her that what I saw on the groupon site I felt uneasy about being there because of the groupon error so she later gave a gift card and I apoligize about the mix up so I was happy when I left we squash it I was so happy then a couple months later I made a appt to cut my hair and the stylist calls me and says she could not take me a day before christmas eve so the stylist schedule me the next day the stylist was late and owner started to prep me so I was fine and I felt happy to have my cut so the stylist mentioning me how I should do some highlights so I agree because I been wanting to do highlights so we look at the calendar and I decided on january 9 to make the appt to do the highlights . This morning the stylist back out on the appt I was very upset I didnt want to show my emotion but this not the first time having scheduling issues with this stylist I dont wanna mention names I am trying my best not to hurt anyone but this right here hit me today because imagine if I had a event and someone backs out on you the last minute .I really feel that the sylist must gave my appt to someone else who was paying alot more then I was in all honesty I was so upset thank god my husband found another salon and they gave me a great deal I will never coming back this stylist should be ashame of herself bring this establishment down kept coming back thinking I was gonna have a bond with this salon if you are wanting to come here keep in mind this stylist doesnt schedule you on your time it would be her time . I felt like I wasnt good enough customer but its okay I found another place that will hopefully fill joy and give me some tlc I desperately needed I had a rough week so if you dont believe me see for yourself ....:( ps you would think after going thru the worst the first time that would make sure that customer is happy when you win clients you win their hearts I guess customer service is not a...
Read moreI have been traveling to Lux Beauty Studio for over the past 5 years and I just want to shout-out Master Stylist Toni James ! I have been commuting 1 Hr and half back and forth every few months to get a Nice lather hair wash with a Brazilian silk press. She uses organic products and remedies made by her hair line “Oshun” ! This product helped my hair to finally get out of the damaged stage and naturally curl and bounce back . I use it at home also. She uses protective heat hairstyles which has helped my hair grow back to a normal length that I dreamed of. She is the only stylist I have let put hair dye in my hair that has not yet over the past year broken my ends or damaged it. I have never been to a salon that actually took precautions on hair and managed the whole process throughout the growth spur. I am satisfied and will always be a customer of Lux Beauty Salon.
