My wife ordered a King size bed frame and scheduled for it to be delivered to our residence. On the first attempt, they delivered the wrong bed frame and caught an attitude when they needed to return and re-deliver. The second time, I was there to receive the delivery but I was unaware that the transaction included construction and delivery. The delivery guys came, I received the frame and informed them to leave the pieces in the garage as my wife was sleeping. They didn't say anything about putting together the frame as they hastily made their way back to the truck to leave. This is not the driver's first time making a delivery and know what it entails and failed to inform me of the situation. The Owner, Ron, then decided to argue with my wife regarding the charges, and the drivers, having done this job more than once, decided to take no accountability. Ron stated that he doesn't need to discuss what was involved and that he and his drivers are right because they "attempted" a delivery. When I tried to speak with Ron to figure out how he conducts business, he spoke over me and was extremely unprofessional and did not want to even attempt to understand where I was coming from or the situation as a whole. Had I known the construction was included in the charge, I would've woken up my wife to have them fulfill the service. It's safe to say that this is the last thing I will ever purchase from this facility as this is not how business should...

Worst place to buy your furniture!!! Please avoid unless you want to be harassed and not get the right furniture. If you can get your furniture from another place do so this place is not worth your time. The selection of furniture is so limited but in a rush to get a bed we bought it. The rating is low because the service is terrible. The owner is very unprofessional, rude and careless and so are his employees. We paid for delivery and set up, they sent the wrong furniture and then had an attitude that I wanted what I paid for. They carried the right one and didn't set it up!!!! And finally when we asked for them to come and set up the bed (which is the service I paid for) he had the audacity to say how many times do we want him to come here. He then called my phone and was going back and forth with my husband belittling and disrespecting him!!! Run...

My first purchase here was a rocking chair for our nursery. We found a comfortable chair for a good price and we weren’t badgered by irritating salesman. My second purchase was after another furniture store delayed shipping a bed and mattress set, which would have left family members sleeping on the floor for the holidays. Thankfully Clermont Furniture came through for me again. I was able to get a bed and mattress (a better one than at the competitor) for a better price and drive away with it the same day. The owner even helped me cram the bed inside my suv and tied the mattress and box spring securely to the roof so I didn’t have to rent a truck. Excellent service, good inventory and no pressuring...
