All Good Smoke Shop — Local services in Clermont

Very crazy experience. I walk in to a blonde lady helping a customer and was really trying to make sure that person was serviced properly. She ended up giving them a discount on the product because you can genuinely tell she’s trying to retain that customer since there’s 10+ other smoke shops within 10 miles. Her associate tells her in front of me and two other customers that she shouldn’t be doing that because the owner is going to fire you if you keep discounting for people. You can tell she was very uncomfortable with him confronting her like that and for me it was a VERY uncomfortable situation for me since this was my first time shopping here. I have experienced being shortchanged with or without permission because the cashiers did not have the exact same change. I stopped going for months and then decided to try them again the other day. I bought two pouches of cigars which all cigars were broken in the package and definitely older and dry. I went back within a half hour and was told that they could not refund my money. Disappointed will not give them another try. Also I should have made mention that it's not called all good smoke shop anymore it's HYWAZE, the one across the street will also has overcharged and short-changed me as well I am assuming it is the same...

This used to be my favorite smoke shop but every time I go in and the old man is there he is so rude and disrespectful. The first two times he raised his voice to me I let it go, thinking he might have a bad day . But then he yelled at me in front of customers when I asked him what button to press for credit.
