bealls — Local services in Clermont

I have a two year old baby girl. which i bought her a frozen bag at dollar store, then after my wife decide to go to bealls across the street from the dollar store in clermont fl. my baby daugther was wearing the bag at bealls store. when we got the speaker, the ipad case and some headphones we went to the cashier line, the lady at the desk ask us twice as our surprise! if we were gone pay for the bag that the baby has in the back in front of the others customer and i felt she was treating me and my wife as a thiefs, the lady call the manager and the manager never listen what we had to say an with attitude call the cops, my wife went out the store and got the reciept for the bag from dollar store and as soon the manager find out that we bought it at dollar store she ask us to leave not even before the police arrive. and refuse to sell me the merchandise. i did get frustrated after all due to poor service customer of that manager on duty and because she treat us as THIEFS, also she never show me that they have the same bag as my daughter on the store,, as a regular customer , my wife goes there a lot, she might not recognize her cause we never had problems.and not even a apology to us or misunderstanding sorry to us. instead she kick us out the store with no reason at all. im fustrated and mad about wrong judgemental predujice people working at bealls, also im closing the reward card and credit card from bealls. ALSO IM TRYING TO GIVE A COMPLAINT...

I usually love this store, and have come multiple times. I bought a couple items as a gift and once I got home I noticed they didn't put in an item I purchased. I called them to see what I could do to fix it . Instead I got hug up on 3 different times and was given rude customer service saying there is nothing they can do even though I have the receipt and the original bag with everything but the missing article still together. I offered to come in person and they hung up on my every time. I usually leave good reviews because the stores deserve it but this time. They didn't even tell me nicely they just said we don't see it and hung up. If they would have been kind and explained it to me I would not...

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Not organized. They need to be more organized with their clothes . I had a pair of pants that was 7.99 but I guess the tag fell off cause when I got to the counter it didn't have it. So this lady instead of using Idk a sequence code to look it up or something . She went to the rack that was 'similar' to it and used that price which was 9.99 . I told her that when I saw the price it was 7.99. And she said well if it had the tag maybe but every pants around was 9.99. 2 dollars may not sound like a big deal but it is when you're trying spend on a very low budget. She asked do you still want it? Of course my answer was no. It was my first time there...
