Terrible expierence today. employee came off like they really didn't want to be there. Said they didn't have what I wanted (mini prerolls) yet didn't help me find anything else even though i was struggling to see the items behind the counter. The employee didn't really have a sense of humor they were really dry and awkward to try to work with and talk to which is a huge part of the experience.

in the end I ended up leaving feeling really awkward and anxious about the encounter. The employee had a black hat with horns on. Honestly really disappointed in the experience. Hywaze in orlando is better and i find it really hard to believe yall didn't have what I was looking for. It's more likely the employee didn't know what they were doing. I get there at 1030pm. I always go here since ita the only shop open late. The door is snt open I get the attention of the clerk I said hey what's going on and they said there closed. I said it's only 1030 I always come here after 10 o'clock so I asked why are you closed and they ignored me. I wait until they come outside and they said we're closed. And I said since when the door says closed at 11 . I said it's only 1030. They said well well the manager said we closed at 10. I said look at your door it says open till 11. They said I'm sorry we're closed. I than asked there name and they refused to give it to me.

They just lost a loyal customer.

The The store is very clean and well lit with their merchandise, spread out Making it easy to view And find what you are looking for if you don’t spot what you want right away, the girl that works there during the day will help you , my apologies I don’t know her name, she is very nice, polite and soft-spoken. She will be glad to help you find what you’re looking for. She is a pleasure to speak with. I would give her five stars. I only give the store four stars, because I feel some of the prices may be a little high, but everything that I have purchased from there has been top quality. I shop this store regularly.
