Ay Jalisco Clermont — Restaurant in Clermont

Ordered to go. Simple order Chicken Chimichanga lunch special. I go to pick up say I am here to pick up the Chicken Chimichanga. Have to wait 7 mins till its out to me. I already waited 10 before I went to pick up as instructed during thr ordering process. Get it back to the office and when I finally get a chance to eat it. I cut into it and its GROUND BEEF. Due to health issues I can not eat beef or I will puke it up in a few hours. I then call to let them know of their mistake since to me its trash that I spent my hard earned dollars on. I am then instructed to bring the food back with me if I want a refund. I go back for the refund and they are rude about it like its my fault I have a dead stomach and can't process something that I did not order nor did I want. Can only have 1 new food to wait on and lose even more time and money from my day due to their mistake or money back. I got my money back and I wanted a dang Chicken Chimichanga so I will find a better establishment to spend my money at going forward for my Chicken Chimichangas cuz this one dont deserve any of my dollars anymore. This location is less than 10min from where we live and we have eaten here before with no issues.Today though we went to have lunch. The young man that was greeting was nice. We were seated quickly after that it all went down hill. There only 3 other couples there dining. some one that would not be our waitress brought the chips/salsa. It took a few min for the waitress to come over and asked what we wanted to drink. After that the woman that was our waitress started chatting it up and laughing. Few min later she brought the check to 1 couple, checked on the other 2 and went back to chatting and laughing with the other woman. I finally said something to a much older employee we are still waiting on our drinks. The older woman told the other woman she needs to get our drinks which she did at that point we said what we wanted to eat. Then again she went back to the other employee like it was hang out time and have fun. At that point we were so frustrated that an grown woman not a teenager was putting more effort chatting. This waitress was not putting forward to take care of customers we got up...

The waitress wasn't very friendly and continuously acted as if we where wasting her time. Her attitude changed little by little as our dinner continued. However what really upset me was the added tip on the card. She then graciously accepted our cash tip without saying a word. We always tip 20%. What was funny that we actually tipped her more cash then what she had added herself. As we where walking out i noticed the bill and asked the greater if that was a added tip she said it was and went and got the waitresses. Which once again came out with an attitude and and still had the audacity to say it was bad luck to ask for the cash tip back. I responded no it's actually good luck I noticed before I left! Which she then responded with an eye roll! If she wouldn't have had such a nasty attitude I might have let her keep the tip. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars is because of the food. I've also read a few other reviews about the added tip and the waitress not saying anything and not fixing it. How sad that this place allows their employees to scam...
