The worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. No one was friendly or willing to help.
I had to get a replacement phone and the new phone they gave me. I had to wait 7 days for a pixel 9 because it had to be showed to me. Once when I receive the phone I had to go to the store to get it set up. The store employees couldn't even do that properly. The brand new phone that I received, the phone was never be able to receive phone calls. After four calls with tech service and tech service telling me to go to the store again, everyone was fingerpointing back to and forth.
The store kept saying that there's nothing they can do for me at the store. They wouldn't look up when my agreement expired. They weren't able to cancel an agreement or take a return back for the phone. Absolute complete run around. Also big scam on the pricing of the phone.
When I asked to speak to the store manager, two employees told me there hasn't been a store manager since November. I can see why because no one cared about any customer.
A gentleman that was a customer was looking to pay his bill in cash. He spoke to other two employees that were working and they all pointed to the Spectrum employee that was helping me. When he asked where can he pay cash? The employee that was helping me told him that they do not accept cash at the store. The customer grew upset saying why doesn't the other two employees know that there's no cash payments accepted at the store. He wasted half hour trying to get an answer.
The male Spectrum employee with painted fingernails had an attitude from the time I walked in when I was expressing my dissatisfaction with the customer service that I was getting. Absolutely a waste of time and speaking to him and he needs to go through some serious customer service treating to make it look like he cares. If he was twisting my company, I would fire him immediately as he is NOT a good representation of a big company. If course he was not wearing a name tag. As a matter of fact, no one was wearing one.
Went to T-Mobile and within an hour, I had a brand new phone that was able to receive and place calls, able to receive text messages and go online. Oh my gosh what a shocker!
Complete opposite customer service. Superb service!!! Highly recommend T-Mobile...
Read moreI had to pay my bill. I had already called the toll free company number and said, I was going into the store to pay with cash. I went in and signed up at the kiosk. Pressed the reason I am here to pay my bill. I waited for 40 min and when I saw the time. I had to leave for my doctors appointment. I didn't pay my bill.. After my doctors appointment, I went back and they were busier then before. I signed in. As I am waiting, every once in a while someone would come out and say, if you are wanting to return equipment you can go to UPS and get a receipt there if you don't want to wait. 50 minutes later, my name is called. The guy is rude. He says, you are here to pay your bill? I nod yes. He said, go over there and points to a machine in the back corner of a crowded room and says you pay there. He adds, you don't have to wait. Incredulous, I said, there is nothing in this room or at the sign up that says anything about using the machine to pay your bill. Do you have any idea how much time I wasted waiting needlessly? He said, "Well, you know now!" I said there is no sign saying pay your bill here or a notice anywhere. Even when you sign in and say pay bill you could put the info there or a sign there. So people don't waste there time. He said, "Not my problem." He turned his back on me and called the next person. This is the worse company and customer service is non existent with them. I feel bad for the employees that really do care and try. They are far and in between but I have dealt with some that were great but it has been a long time and not in this store. I usually pay online but had the cash and thought just pay in person. I can't wait to have other options in my complex so I can tell spectrum to cancel my...
Read moreWeâd been having issues with our Wifi for a little less than a year. It would come and go a few times a day but we mainly used it on our phones, which use data, so we didnât pay much mind to it. However, I recently started working from home and have paid more attention to just how often the Wifi would lose connection.
The company I work for uses an internet-based system to take and make calls, and every time the internet went out, I would get disconnected from a client mid-conversation. I quickly grew frustrated, seeing as how I was paying for their most expensive internet plan and still having to deal with 10 minute intervals of no internet.
I called their customer service line and they arranged for me to go to the store and replace the modem. They were very attentive and made the appointment the same day. After replacing the modem, the internet worked fine⌠for the next two days. After two days, the same issues were occurring and I honestly just got tired of it. I turned my disconnected sessions into little work breaks, you know, just making the best out of it. However, today the Wifi was out for a whole 30 minutes. I had to explain to my boss why I was appearing offline in the middle of the workday and finally decided to request for a technician to take a look at the equipment and see what was going on.
Roberto Garcia came over to our house and did an excellent job at fixing the issue. He was very knowledgeable and even replaced our Router. I have never seen our internet work so fast! Since he left, I havenât experienced a single Wifi interruption and feel this time, itâll stick. Robertoâs the best of the best, if youâre able to request a technician, I highly recommend him. Thank...
