I am editing this review, I received a phone call from Aaron one of the managers at sky zone, he genuinely seem to care about our experience, and apologize, numerous times on the outcome of our party after speaking with him we’re definitely gonna give them another chance not sure if I’ll do another party, but I’ll definitely take the kids to jump, I will also call in advance just to make sure that they are prepared and have the things that we need to be able to jump properly and have fun im a mom of 7 so spending this kinda of money needs to be worth it for me I am leaving my original review up just so people know the experience we had this place has tons of amazing reviews we just had our party on an Off night I guess. We arrived and begin our check-in at 7:30 pm upon checking in. We were given glow shirts and socks. They had no shirts to fit anyone in my party of 17 people the toddlers was given size extra large adult shirts the shirts enabled them from being able to Jump properly and we were told they had to have shirts on or they could not jump as well as the other kids who shirts were extremely too big on them as well I booked this party three weeks in advance. I expected there to be shirts there that would fit everybody it was a mess definitely will not do anymore birthday parts here was not worth the $760 I spent the girl who checked us in was really nice, although she did get annoyed because our party was so big our party host kept the drink, pitchers full. He was really sweet, but seemed really shy. I ended up just doing everything myself. I feel I wasted money when I could’ve just went to skate world in leesburg and only spent $400 and they would’ve took care of everything decorations birthday cakes and the pizza the whole shebang, and I would’ve been worry free instead, I had to deal with aggravated and crying kids the whole three hours because their shirts didn’t fit them and they really couldn’t jump my sons night was ruined, due to sky zone, not being prepared for a party that I booked three weeks in advance I did speak to somebody at the counter about the shirts and he was like oh well I can’t do anything for you it is what is is basically I did ask to speak with the manager although the manager never came to the party room to speak with me I did go back down to the desk/ front counter to get the manager. Read moreI am writing to express my deep concern regarding several ongoing issues at Skzyone that have significantly impacted my experience as a loyal customer since 2015.
Firstly, there has been a persistent cleanliness issue at your facility, particularly with the cleanliness of the area not being maintained. This has been exacerbated by the apparent neglect in promptly addressing and rectifying the situation despite repeated notifications.
Secondly, I regret to report instances of severe disrespect and unprofessional behavior exhibited by some of your employees towards patrons, including myself. It is disheartening to be treated with such disdain, especially considering the loyalty and support I have shown towards Skzyone over the years.
Furthermore, there have been repeated incidents involving disruptive behavior from children towards myself and other patrons, which have gone unchecked despite bringing them to the attention of both your staff and management. This ongoing issue is not only disruptive but also creates an unwelcoming environment for loyal customers like myself.
Additionally, as a VIP member, I have encountered multiple challenges with the service provided. The lack of clarity on the duration of VIP privileges, combined with continuous malfunctions of essential amenities such as the sticker machine and inadequate alternatives like unreliable wristbands, further diminishes the value of the VIP experience.
Skzyone has been a cherished place for me since childhood, and it deeply saddens me to witness the decline in standards and customer care over the years. I sincerely urge you to take immediate action to address these issues comprehensively. It is crucial to restore Skzyone to its former reputation as a welcoming and enjoyable place for all patrons.
(Edit): I have been banned from skyzone due to the fact that I was speaking the truth, this is very wrong and disappointing, I never wanted it to end like this, but they got mad that I left a bad review. Read moreFirst and last! Where can I begin… call the place for my event it was both of my kids bday. Did everything how it was supposed to, they told me to be there by 7:30 we were there at 7:20, we were checked in and all. We were told to wait a couple of minutes that the room is being cleaned and set up for us. 8:00 comes the room is not ready, there were garbage everywhere, cups, water/soda spill, slices of pizza that someone didn’t eat on the table, it was disgusting. I go downstairs to tell the young lady that it was our hostess and she acted confused and started telling me oh but we’re so and so he is supposed to be cleaning the room. My guest are already, arriving since they told me we needed to be there by 7:45, is now 8:15 no one has shown up to clean the room. I saw someone else that works there and ask her to please clean that area and she did. Is now 8:30 and they are cleaning the space while my guests are there. If that what’s it but no there is more, the drinks I had to constantly chase people to refill them, my hostess was barely never checking in, the pizzas didn’t got order on time that someone had to go get them. You will never catch me at this place is so un-organized which is so disappointing for me since the other reviews praise about this place, it wasn’t for us, I been to better places with cheaper prices only because you give me a white tshirt and socks… oh and yes they offer me a discount which it was more a shut up since it wasn’t even a 15% for the amount of money we spend and the disappointment they definitely ruined my 15 and 11 year old boys birthday with their nonsense and definitely someone dropped the ball...
