Mattress Firm Clermont Crossing — Hotel in Clermont

We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm Clermont Crossing. We walked in with a list of must haves in our mattress selection. We also planned on visiting several different mattress stores before selecting one. However, we walked into the store and we were greeted by Ozzy. After showing him our list, he took us directly over to the Beautyrest hybrid medium firm adjustable queen bed. With the adjustable head and feet, it was perfect and very comfortable. Ozzy then showed us a couple other mattresses so we could see the difference. We were sold on the first mattress we tried. We also chose a mattress for our guest room and it was very comfortable too. Ozzy was so helpful in our financing of both mattresses. Ozzy was knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and listened to what we needed.

Mike and Derrick provided expert delivery service and arrived at the scheduled time. They were very kind, professional and very careful moving 2 mattresses in and moving 2 out. They made sure the bed was the right height for ease in getting in and out. They set up the mechanics that raised and lowered the head and feet of the bed. The second bed was set up also with respect for the integrity of our home.

The original delivery date required a reschedule. Natasha, Store Manager, was instrumental in the rescheduling so that the date was convenient and didn’t negate the New Year Special prices.

We are so impressed by the ease of purchase, delivery and scheduling. Mattress Firm will always be our first choice. We highly recommend this location for the positive customer service, prices, large showroom with many choices, and awesome...

The Service we received from Geovanni was by far the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Geovanni gave us just enough space to browse while also ensuring he was immediately available to answer questions when needed. The store was empty so we were able to have his undivided attention without him seeming to pushy or aggressive. He was very knowledgeable of all the products in the store. While he provided his recommendations, he allowed us to make our own decisions based on our needs, preference, and price point.

Delivery: We did not purchase the bed frame from Mattress firm. We were under the impression the base would easily fit into our own bed frame. It is important to note that is true for most frames. During delivery, we were told that pieces of our frame would have to be removed in order for that to work. Because the frame was from a different company, the delivery crew could not remove any pieces. They took apart what they could and we were responsible for adjusting once they left. Advice to you: Check your frame to make sure you can adjust it if you run into the same issue to avoid damaging...

I came in September 10th, 2020 in hopes of locating a mattress for my room, which I believe I have found and am pleased with my purchase, I am 20 years of age. While my mattress will be arriving tomorrow so I can't speak upon the set-up service or mattress quality upon arrival, I feel prepared in maintaining and getting the best use out of my purchase. Coming in with brands already in mind, I quickly became overwhelmed at all the characteristics of a bed that suit an individual based on their lifestyle. I was assisted by Raul and Sal, where they would guide me with the right questions I should be asking for what I seek in a mattress in my day to day, or night to night based on my interests, activities, and hobbies. They were patient in my making a decision and simply were there to guide you in making an investment that you won't regret. While I got a feel for the beds, we would spark up conversation as if we had known each other for years and were catching up.
