Update to original review below: Well I got my mattress on a Thursday as indicated and delivery was great. The gentlemen that came to my house were professional and efficient. I received a call 30 minutes ahead and they were on time. The bed I purchased, the Ease by Tempurpedic with the elevating base etc, is amazing! The guys set up my bed and it was so easy. I love this bed and have been sleeping very well.

Mrs. Betty did call me and offered me a refund on my mattress protector and I really appreciated that. She offered to wave the restocking fee if I chose to return it....which after getting such a nice bed I will not return it, it's amazing!

In all, I do believe the service was overall very good and the quality of the product is great. 4 stars because I couldn't get the original pillow I was shown and price of the base was off by $100.

I went to this location in Clermont, FL to get a new mattress. The lady sales person, Betty was very knowledgeable about beds.. however, according to her the base of the mattress was "$849"....but "sorry, I was wrong it's actually $949". Me: "I like that purple pillow, I want that pillow with my $300 credit" Betty: "yeah sure....oh wait, doesn't look like we have that pillow anymore"....mind you she gave me that pillow to try with all the beds I laid on...so I fell in love with it Okay fine. Betty: "OH, looks like it can be delivered Saturday, does that work?" Me: "no sorry, Monday is better as we're going out of town." Betty: "sure no problem, let me know if you want it sooner but it's all set for Monday at this address"...and she wrote the name of my street wrong but fixed it. Sunday. I'm at the beach don't hear the phone ring and I get a message. Betty: "oh, yeah your bed won't be in until...

The worst store to buy. I bought a mattress there and I’m trying to cancel it but they don’t allow me to do it. I made a purchase online on may 26 at 1:20am, in the same day I called to cancel it (BEFORE THEY START THE SHIPMENT). A guy called Manny told me he was going to cancel, I asked for a confirmation and he said he can’t give me one because I made an online order, but in the next day I received an email saying they started the shipment. Well, I went to store and talked with him and he showed an email saying they weren’t able to cancel because my order was already in the truck. He told me to wait until they deliver it and I could go with the mattress at the store and he was there to make the cancellation. When I was at the store with the mattress there was just a lady, nothing nice, and she told me she can’t received that and I needed to call the store to cancel, I asked for the manager and she said they was her. I called today again jun 6, and a guy called Steven told me there’s more than $200 fee to return because they can’t sell for the same price that I paid and is more expensive return than to keep it and to me call tomorrow to talk with the manager. I’m trying to cancel this there’s almost 2 weeks already but they don’t want to do it. Don’t waste your money, your time and your patience...

The wonderful service of my salesperson Antonio has unfortunately been overshadowed by the terrible delivery service. I ordered my mattress on Saturday afternoon expecting to receive it the upcoming Monday. I confirmed my delivery via a confirmation text the service sent. Monday morning came around, I received a text that the delivery team was on their way, but nothing after this. Waited in my living room for a knock on my door, nothing. Finally decided to track my order through the link they sent me, to see the truck outside of my apartment. Head outside to see if they needed assistance locating my apartment, truck was gone and the app updated saying that it couldn’t complete the delivery. No call, no text, no contact of any kind before the delivery team left, despite clearly having my number to send me alerts. After calling the store and speaking with 2 other representatives, I was basically told that I would now need to wait an additional 2 days to receive my mattress despite the terrible service. No promise to help get it to me sooner, just bad service. If you do order a mattress from this place, DO NOT get it delivered. You will likely be waiting longer than expected because of the delivery service not contacting you....
