Victoria's Hallmark Shop — Attraction in Clermont

Went to this Hallmark store as we were in the neighborhood but will absolutely not ever be coming to this location again. Was not greeted at all upon entry, had to locate baskets on my own as the employees were too busy ignoring us. They had barely any stock but boxes all over the floor, didn’t even see the point in asking if what I was looking for was in the boxes because the employees clearly weren’t interested in helping. Finally, my young child had to use the restroom. I was informed I would have to walk a block in the rain to a nearby grocery store to use the restroom because we were not allowed to use theirs. I purchased the one ornament I was actually able to find and left, and will certainly not be returning. Don’t waste your time or money...

It’s a nice store, but the employees keep following you around, made me feel like they thought I was going to steal something?? We went into the Pandora/jewelry store and they followed us in there, went back to the main store and they followed us back. Never talking to us just constantly keeping up with us. I was literally holding one big item, you think I’m going to steal it blatantly? I understand you need to watch people but it made me feel like I was doing something wrong the way they keep blatant watch on you. It happened before when I was there too, just not a comfortable experience and my boyfriend said he noticed...

I wouldn't recommend this hallmark! I went here to see the Christmas ornament preview they had about 5 out that's it . I'm not sure why they would say ornament event not have anything out. There's a ton online that say in stores as well! I don’t think they are putting all they have or not keeping...
