Cons: The grocery store is pretty big, which isn’t so bad but it’s just really hard to find things when the aisles aren’t labeled . Staff doesn’t speak English. Manager Doesn’t have any Customer Service skills and also doesn’t speak English. Store smells. A little confusing to find when location is different on GPS.

Pros: Store is big, great variety of products, and somewhat of good pricing.

Manager problems solving skill are not excellent. For example, April 9, 2025, I was making Ramen for my dinner. I found a big package of pork belly. I spent an hour in the store grocery shopping. I go to the front to bring up all item and the pork belly was one of them. As she’s ringing up all my items, she states that the pork belly does not have a price. We lock eyes for 10 seconds, I say out loud, so are you going to go check for the prize or call for a manager? She asked the manager for the price and the manager states that she hasn’t gotten an invoice for the product. Keep in mind, there’s a whole freezer full of them. Why put out product if it doesn’t have a price yet. I offered her $20 for the product, she refused to take the $20, which is understandable, but saying that I was in a store for a whole hour and couldn’t buy my dinner because the store decided to put out things that weren’t priced. Manager states “sorry, no price, have to put back.””. I was so confused. Nevertheless, the manager should have tried harder to figure out the pricing of the product instead of being lazy and just not wanting to...

I specifically prefer the produce department and frozen sections at this store over Park to Shop or Tink Holl. I come here every other week to purchase shanghai bok choy, gobo (burdock root), and lotus root. Out of the freezer section, I frequently buy natto and Korean glutinous corn. I do have a few negative comments about this place but not so bad that I would deduct stars. First, please do some "shelf-reading" and check on the expiration dates of items that, perhaps, are not best-sellers. For example, I wanted to purchase Assi brand acorn starch powder, but I saw that the package was expired. This is a very minor matter, of course, and it's quite commendable that you even carry that product. :) Also, please consider power-washing or just investing in some new shopping baskets. It been three times I bought pig roast at this place, I choose a good portion but they brought it on the side to chop ( hidden view ) then when they handed over it 70% all bones. I knew they swapped my pig roast. The third times I spoke to the son owner and his wife, they said they will talk to the workers in the back, do you think I trust them? It is a big NO because when some customers before you didn’t like the portion then they kept at hidden view to swaps to some one purchased more than 5 lbs.
