This place is truly incredible. The owner is so kind and they went above and beyond to help me out!!! I was looking for a specific set of Tarot cards for a time sensitive gift for an event. So I called them and asked tons of questions about which decks they had and explained that I was in a huge hurry for this event but I wanted to stop by. Not only did they patiently answer all my questions about various decks, because I was in such a rush David, who works there, even offered to drive to meet me at the theater where my event was happening and bring the Tarot cards for me! I was able to purchase them through an app on his phone, it was the most seamless pass off and he wouldn’t even accept a tip! The generosity & kindness was truly above and beyond. As someone who is usually a bit picky about local spiritual crystal shops and making sure they seem genuine, ethical and accessible to people who want to learn about crystals or tarot, it was so awesome that the staff was just so approachable and willing to answer every question, and when they offered to drive out to help me out for this event, I was shocked and so grateful!!! i am so happy to support the rock shop! i found this shop while i was working; i deliver for amazon and would drop there a few times a week and finally got a chance to stop in on a day off and i am so glad that i did. the store layout is organized to the nine’s. anything you could need, they have. i LOVE it so much. i cannot wait to expand my collection of crystal’s and i am immensely grateful to have a local source to get them now. haven is an absolute earth angel of a human. his energy is beautiful, welcoming and comforting and he does an absolutely amazing job and goes above and beyond of making everyone feel heard, understood and cared for while educating them in the kindest most loving way. 12/10 an amazingly rare human being. david the owner is a blessing hisself . he is very knowledgable about crystal’s and contributes to putting out a lot of good into the world by being a source of crystal’s to the community. i am so grateful for the rock shop! best gem...

Our son has grown up fascinated with minerals and gem stones. We found The Rock Shop in our travels to Cleveland Clinic. (We are from PA) We quickly became acquainted with the staff and the owner. Each time we go back we are welcomed back. Most recently our son had to have a major surgery. We visited the shop before surgery and he picked a gem stone tree he wanted to take home with him once he was recovered. They kindly pulled his tree from the for sale items to ensure it was available for him after surgery. He looks forward to visiting the store again really soon.
