Waterford Bluffs — Local services in Cleveland

Waterford Bluffs is legitimately amazing. I've lived here for seven months now and I would renew in a heartbeat. It is remarkably clean everywhere, the maintenance staff takes pride in their work and are extremely responsive, the office staff are all so friendly and helpful, it offers so many awesome amenities (free beer, arcade machine, putting green, workout mirror, fire pits, etc), the facility is well-built and high quality, and the location is absolutely PERFECT. You can walk to West Side Market in two minutes and downtown in 20, and there are dozens of other coffee shops and restaurants only a 10 minute walk away, as well as easy highway and trail access. There's also an RTA station right across the street. The building is safe and secure and the smart home technology all work perfectly and consistently. My previous job was as a leasing agent and maintenance at an apartment complex so I know what to look for when looking for an apartment. This place has ZERO red flags. I could not...

Extremely good service. Friendly house managers, including Sydney, Justin, Rylee, Ernesto and everyone else. A few months ago when I wanted to move in Sydney made sure the entire process was smooth, and after I moved in and whenever had any issues or questions with the apartment Justin and Ernesto provided great service with that. Things like service requests, issues with amazon packages, etc. all my problems were resolved within a day. I was struggling to find someone to takeover my lease so Rylee and Justin literally went out of their way to find someone who took-over my lease. This is something that isn’t really in their job description but they still helped me. This is the kind of service I did not get in my previous apartment and as a matter of fact this is something you don’t really get that often anymore in Cleveland these days. Waterford Bluffs is an incredibly well appointed apartment building in Ohio City. Just a convenient walk to the West Side Market, breweries, and Mitchell's. Nothing but highest praise for Jen Kim. Her assistance from showing the apartment to finalizing the lease was professional, courteous, and welcoming (she is most certainly one of the apartment's best assets). Shouts out to Reggie and Laura in the office, too. At move in there was one small maintenance issue that was handled in the most efficient and friendly way by Frank, the building's superintendent. The building and its amenities are impeccable!!! The common spaces really provide a sense of community and a place to make new friends.
