All they want to do is to trick you into doing business with them, but there could be hidden fee in your contract that they NEVER disclose to you at the beginning. And when you want to file a compliant about the sales rep who got you sign this contract with them, it would be too late cuz they don't keep any recordings for over a year ago (which was where my bill went up).
Their customer support team is terrible. I've reached their customer support about my billings for like a million times, and sometimes I got different answers to my question. I have to say some of the representatives would try to listen and solve the issue for me in a professional way (that's why I'm leaving a 2 stars review but not a 1 star review), but the thing is, usually they'll have to submit a ticket and the next representatives could be very unprofessional (sometimes lazy and rude) and they would do the minimum (not even try to understand what the problem is) and they only acted like a machine, saying this is what they saw from the system and I need to pay whatever show up on my account balance (even though I tried to explain I never really used the service and I've been trying to cancel it for months).
System is bad and really confusing. I have been trying to cancel my account over the phone a couple months ago, but I was told by one rep that she could not do it there for some reason and I have to walk-in to cancel it. Then I did as I was informed and the guy working at the store told me I'm all set and I won't see anything on my credit card going forward. But guess what, a month later, they charged me again on my credit card and I called them again - they then told me that was by mistake and they would remove it and cancel it immediately... then guess what, I received another billing email a month later... like a nightmare...
The staff here are just as unfriendly and unhelpful as the staff over the phone. I was told that doing exactly what the tech told me to do at my home hurt ne nore then it hurt them. This company lies at all costs. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SERVICE DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR PRINT OR WORD. WHEN IT SAYS YOUR SERVICE WILL NOT BE STOPPED OR SHUT OFF IF YOU ARE DISPUTING A BILL THAT IS TRUE BUT WHAT THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU IS THAT IT SAYS NOTHING ABOUT DISRUPTING YOUR SERVICE UNTIL YOU PAY (that is bad buisness and a big company like this should do buisness alot better because karma is a female dog) * DO NOT PAY YOUR BILL IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE THEY FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU JUST KEEP PAYING THE BILLS AND WHEN THE PROBLEM IS FIXED THEY WILL CREDIT IT BACK. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU OS IF YOUR LUCKY ENOUGH TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ALL HIGHER UP EMPLOYEES ARE CAPPED AT GIVING YOU A 20 DOLLAR CREDIT SO WHILE I PAID 177 BUCKS FPR SERVICE I DIDN'T GET AND SPENT OVER 20 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AND IN PERSON THEY ADDED LATE CHARGES TO EVERY BILL AND RECONNECTION FEES (but it wasnt discounted it was disrupted) after all this im still waiting for them to replace my wires just 8 months into this big waste of time and money. IF I CAN DO 1 THING TO HELP EVERYONE HAVE A MORE STRESS FREE LIFE IT WOULD BE TO EDUCATE PEOPLE AND TELL THEM NOT TO EVER USE...
Read moreFrom my experience, your wifi will go out for about 24-72 hours at least 2 times a month and there will be no updates when you call. They will day the solution is to send a technician to look at the problem, and one will. After the technician comes you will be good for a few days and then your wifi will not work again. I live in a major metropolitan area and buy their most expensive package. They have told me on the phone before my internet speed is slower than they would expect for a customer who pays what I pay after I used their internet reading tool. The first tech they ever sent out about 6 months ago, when we started having issues was shocked no tech ever came out to our property before him. I have called their hotline before only speak to someone who says they cannot help me. It is very frustrating to basically lose money to keep their internet product in Cleveland, Ohio.
