After having a multitude of absolutely awful experiences at the zales store in Cordova mall, Pensacola, I have finally found my āhomeā zales store thanks to Erica. The experiences at the Cordova Mall location had me ready to write off Zales entirely when it came to my jewelry purchases and I already refuse to use Kayās, but thatās a story for a different day.
Upon entering the Zales in Cleveland, TN on Saturday, I was met with a smile and the epitome of client care. Erica was diligent in locating the details for my warranty and explaining all the details which were rudely and abruptly dismissed as invalid at the prior location on multiple occasions. She took the time, care, and effort to ensure I had all the information I needed to ensure this didnāt happen again should I enter another Zales location, and also identified an alarming detail on another item I was wearing that was causing potential risk to lose a diamond! Ericās took the time to clean and inspect all of my items, even if they werenāt purchased from there, and gave me options and pricing for the repair to my ring.
This type of attention to detail is few and far between these days and it certainly does not go unnoticed. When Iām ready make my next fine jewelry purchase, it will be from Erica and Erica alone. This was a top tier experience for me in a chain jewelry retailer that makes me eager to return. Thank you, Erica, for showing me that there are good, well managed chain jewelry stores in existence just as I was losing all hope.

She took the time to look for and find my purchases and diamond bonds and did not make me feel bad in the slightest about it. She was kind and reassuring and made the visit one of the best experiences Iāve had by far. When I do return to make future purchases I will go out of my way to make sure she is the one Iām working with. She is a great example of someone who cares about the customers, what they really want and makes the experience enjoyable so that we feel comfortable and welcomed back into the store. Thanks again for one of the most amazing experiences with this store Iāve had. If you want someone who cares about the customer and goes out of their way to help you even if you are being difficult by losing your paperwork and canāt remember your information for pretty much anything really then she is your person....
