Ordered a cake for a party and a mock up piece was done to ensure the right design was done because I wouldn’t be picking up, my husband would be. It was a neon star repetitive pattern, the cake was was supposed to be fully iced. The lady got the mock up 100% correct. My husband picked it up assuming they got it right because they had done the mock up. I got home and seen the cake and it was so bad. It had a star outline and has different sizes dots places on the cake. It wasn’t fully iced either. I called the store and the lady proceeded to try and argue with me and told me that those instructions weren’t written on the odder sheet. I insisted they were because I watched the other lady fill it out and she finally admitted that they where there and she just didn’t read it. I’m very upset and she should be taught a lesson about reading the entire order sheet instead of guessing on a design. It was also not offered to be made right either. We paid for a cake that is the exact opposite of what we wanted & doesn’t match the party decorations now. What a waste of money. Very disappointed & I do not recommend this...

I walked past the store (today, 3/12/22) and one young woman (person A) was insensitive to another(person b)'s feelings. "why did that upset you?" "That" was the third girl (person c) pretending to have a seizure. Spilling her drink, laying face down on the floor of the store, so naturally it freaked B out. A was mad about that but not C. A started getting aggressive (not the first time I've seen that one angry) towards B so much that B had to leave and run to the bathroom, barely holding it together. I am livid at A and C, I don't know how A still has a job in general (very rude to me and other employees of TGAC) let alone C after today. (I heard A get called Araya? Idk if that's spelled correctly and B Said "nay" alot? Maybe...

I had such a wonderful experience with this location. The cake was perfect and delicious (as always) and the customer service was exceptionally outstanding! Despite them being very busy, I was able to feel valued as a customer. I was even offered a free drink or cookie for waiting only 5 minutes or so past the original pickup time. Everyone seemed to be working so hard to ensure customer satisfaction; not only did they accomplish that but they went above and beyond in...
