Madeleine Spa Beauty with Passion Esthetic — Attraction in Cliffside Park

I have found alarming the misleading information about this practice, and I am certain that everyone should be aware that they use photos of other professionals to lure people into using their services. Not only do they trick people into showing results that are not theirs, but they also publish photos without the proper consent or model release. MY photo is showing as a result of a treatment that I have never done with them. I signed a model release form to the professional who treated me in Miami. I have never been to NJ or treated by Madeleine Spa, but they still show my photo as their before-and-after. To the spa owner, if you want to scam people, it's entirely up to you and your god, but you won't do it with my photos. The website can even show how you altered the photos to delete their watermark.

This is SO disrespectful that I genuinely hope anyone considering using this spa reads this and knows that you're lying to them and trying to gain their business by utilizing the hard work of other professionals, taking time to delete the names of the photos to publish them as yours, violating the rights of a customer like me, and using my images, without ANY consideration of my suffering due to this condition.

I will prosecute to the fullest extent to the law this violation of my rights and privacy.

There is a special place in hell for people like you.

My one-star review goes to the malicious mind that takes the time and effort to steal someone's photo, DELETE the watermark and take credit as the amazing results is its own. I would give them minus ten if I could, but my lawyer will take...

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

The service is disgusting rude ass personnel ...the one acting as receptionist named ADA needs to take a class on how to treat clients because of us she has a job and she thinks is the other way around ....I made my appointment a week in advance with the owner and she schedule me for 1:30pm and told me to please get there by 1:00pm ...on the day off I called at 12:30 pm to confirmed my appointment for a facial and another lady working there confirmed with me my appointment and when I told her I was told to be here by 1pm she said “great” we’ll see you then..after I arrived and after 20minutes of waiting there Ada finally asked what I was there for and then said she was going to provide a complimentary facial for me because they were too busy and couldn’t take care of me...and then she got defensive when I asked why was I told to come in earlier today when I called to confirmed...long story short I asked to speak with the owner..I clearly heard Ada say that I wanted them to “forcibly see me and provide the service” the owner Walked right by me and went to pay her water bill ...All I can say is that I should have read thw negative reviews and go with my gut not to...

Had such a relaxing wonderful experience here and couldn’t beat the Groupon price!! I received an eyebrow tint/lamination/waxing for less than 40$!! Madeline took her time and was so patient and precise to make sure everything looked perfect. Remember the first few days the tint will look super dark so stay calm within a few days they look even more amazing!! I couldn’t be happier with the results and can’t wait to go back. She even gave me an oil to apply to ensure the process lasts as long as possible. It was def worth the drive. Such a nice, professional woman and explained every part of the process to me without even knowing it was my first time getting this service. Def visit this spa!!
