I am reaching out to the owner of this market, which I have frequented for many years. Today, I encountered disrespectful behavior from your staff when I made a polite request to exchange some meat rather than return it. I would have been willing to pay for the exchange, but despite having experienced similar issues in the past, I chose not to bring them up. This time, however, I sought assistance in addressing a problem with some spoiled meat, only to be met with indifference and a dismissive attitude from your team. It was a very disappointing experience. Although I had received warnings against purchasing meat from your store, I ignored them in the past. I always go to this store. Employee very pleasant and store is very clean and well stocked. Also, the owner always has a few specials. Recently I found a Turkish fruit jelly in several flavors. In just 2 weeks I've been back twice to buy jelly. There selling the jelly for $1.99 for small and $3.49 for the large jar. I like the Fig and the Strawberry. So good , without of real fruit mixed in. This is a crazy 🤪 price. Everywhere else , the price is double. I also go there to his Turkish coffe. They have the lowest price on there coffe as well. I see that some of the individuals complained from the butcher (Mr Said). Well, from my point of view, i just call him on the phone, just request whatever i need, i never try to teach him his job, i try to keep the convo as much as short, because he is pretty busy and dedicated to his job. He will tell me whenever the order will be ready and whenever i can pick it up. I go there on time, take my order. I do not make him rush and do not take his time needlessly. I do not ask an immediate service as much as possible and give him enough time to work on my request. He is not disappointing...
