Top Foot Spa — Attraction in Cliffside Park

I realized I haven’t posted any reviews about this place, even though I’ve been using their service over 4 years. So I just would like to appreciate their top quality service by giving my sincere review as this is what they deserve.

This place is AMAZING! They are so customer oriented. The owner starts observing and knowing her steady customers’ need and suggesting the employee based on that. I used to be so picky and insisted to get a massage from a specific person that I had a good experience but I’m convinced later on that whoever giving the massage is quite talented and well trained by the owner. They have my full trust so I’m not being picky any more. It’s always clean and peaceful environment. Frankly, they also do not have a BS massaging style to men so it’s 100% legit business that you can rely on. The owner also behaves so ethically to her employees and make sure they are getting tipped with a fair amount. I think it’s another important point to consider.

Overall, the quality, prices, cleanliness and with the everything else I forget to mention, no other place can beat here!

This place is average. The Lady over the phone was very nice. I made an appt for a Couple’s massage, same day, 3 hrs after my phone call for the appt. The store is located on a busy street, so parking can be lacking depending on the time of day. We went on a Sunday late afternoon. The lady whom I’d spoken with earlier had called me on my cell to check on my ETA when I was running 5 mins late looking for parking.

The business space is very dim, seems relaxing and clean. We were directed to our area. But wasn’t instructed on where to hang our belonging for what to do after removing our garments. My husband and I were left confused and had to wave down someone for instructions. There is almost no privacy, other than tall roomer dividers in an open space, so you can hear everything, from guests picking up cell phone calls to the annoying beeping timers every massage therapist uses to track their times.

Had a great massage and everyone was extremely pleasant and professional! BUT I never like to leave bad reviews and this one isn’t completely bad because I really truly enjoyed the service and massage and would really like to return here as the place was very clean but was shocked and a little grossed out the towel placed on you during your foot massage was folded back up and put away for the next person… the towels should be washed between every client not reused. And the lotion used shouldn’t be in tubs where the masseuse sticks their hand in it and touches your legs and feet then sticks their hands back into the lotion again. It should really be in those squeeze bottles. I hope this is used in a positive way to fix these issues and not trying to bash a business.
