This location can get really messy and disorderly at times. Products seem to get destroyed or damaged often. This is very frustrating when there are 10 of the same paper pads- but every one of them is bent, ripped or missing pages. Navigating the narrow isles is difficult in and of itself. When it becomes an obstacle course with products being on the floor, or the employee ladders left out, I begin getting annoyed. The prices are REALLY high. Fortunately, if you find yourself really needing to purchase from this store, they have coupons for 20% off (almost) any item. I don’t like this store. It’s really very dirty & the employees seem MISERABLE. I used to enjoy this store several years ago. Now, the ONLY reasons I will buy anything here is a. I run out of adhesive or need a new cutting blade and realized I’ve used my supply up. (Basically I buy something I need if I’m in the middle of a project and need something specific in order to continue). Or, b. My son has a school assignment due and “forgets” to tell me until the day before LOL. Poster board is an arm and a leg at that place!! I’m not sure what happened over the last several years with this store. It’s been on a steady decline in my opinion.    Read moreHorrible customer service. While waiting in line, I hear cashier yelling & arguing with a customer. I went to checkout thru a register with a live person. There is stuff all over the register so I have no room to place my intended purchases. Cashier gives me grief over this but eventually moves the stuff. She finally rings up my purchase though forgets to include 1 item I decide to use credit card and cashier wants me now to go to a self serve register and I refuse.. She also signs me up for text messages even though I don't want them. I have to argue with her to get this removed. And she is snotty about it but claims she did remove it trying to show me a slip of paper but would not let me read it . Btw She did not since I'm now getting text messages. She refuses to accept my credit card so I ask for a manager. During this whole time the cashier is getting louder & nastier with me. Manager tries to tell me it is their store's policy even though it is in violation of Michaels Corporate Policy which I inform her. She agrees to let me use my card. I told manager that cashier also signed me up without my permission for text messages. Cashier lies to manager and says she didn't. I then ask cashier why she had to cancel this and she can't respond

   Read moreThe staff here is excellent. Bobbi really helped me out and had some thoughtful suggestions. I had no idea where to look and she swooped right in and lent a hand. This is what customer service is supposed to be like!
Also, even though there was a long line at checkout, the cashiers did an excellent job at moving customers through the line quickly and efficiently. The cashier also reminded me that my purchase was eligible for the online coupon which saved me another 20%!
Be mindful going in and out of the parking lot, it is crowded no matter what time of day you go. You may need to enter via the entrance behind the store by Costco and drive around the back of the building. You may not be served best by leaving out of that entrance as there always seems to be substantial traffic leave the Costco parking lot, best go out the front entrance to save yourself the time and aggravation.
If you can, back into the parking spot as it will make it significantly easier for you...
