I came to this staples to print out some cards for a party. Had to come back foir times because they kept on messing up my order. The first printing ticket was done wrong and the cards were supposed to cut out. I paid an express fee for my order to be done the day after. When I came back my ticket said that I had left my order when in fact the cards were supposed to be cut out. I explained this to the lady working the counter and expressed I wanted to print out more documents. She said that was fine but that she would print out my invoice later due to the computer not working. I asked her if I can take the larger documents home which were suppose to be 8x10 and she said yes. I went home just to find out that the larger documents did not fit in a frame I had brought & then had to go back to stapes for it to be cut to size. She cut one image out sloppy and then finally printed out my invoice because I asked her to & charged me several fees for cutting which I was told that in the original invoice, I was already charged for them. I asked to speak to the store manager and an assistant Manager named nick said he was the store manager and lied to my face when their store manager goes by the name of Sahil. Then the day of the party, I came to find out I was missing half of my thank you cards which were supposed to be 60 cards in total. Read moreCame to print 1 page & the copier wasn’t accepting my card even though I had plenty of money in my account I gave up on using my card & wanted to just pay cash & I asked the teenage boy for help he comes over but continues to walk away & never actually finishes helping me print the paper another nice young girl & employee helped me finish paying for my print in which I paid cash it was Sunday & the store was very busy & I came in today 9/8/24 at Noon. With my newborn & 2 year old toddler I was carrying my newborn & holding my 2 year old hand. It was nap time & my toddler was already over tired i figured it was going to be simple to just print one page & go. But due to the employee prolonging everything by constantly walking off my toddler was even more agitated & my newborn both having meltdowns in the staples & instead of the employee just finish helping us. A 5 min task took us a ridiculous among of time. & you would think if I waited for his help he would finish with me before constantly walking off for no reason he literally was walking around in circles. My toddler didn’t actually start having a melt down till after he came over to “help” & never finishing. I think he definitely needs training if your helping one person complete the task especially when no one was asking him to stop helping me the customer behind me kept telling him are you even done helping her? Read moreWOW! I'm astonished about Everson (Clifton Manager) terrible and outrageous behavior on treating customers the way he did. He was LATE and had all the employees waiting for him outside of the store (it was freezing cold) It was 9:10 and a few of us were still waiting outside. One employee opened the door and apologize for the late start and said she can let us in but to wait until cashier systems loads if we needed to purchase something. I just had to print 1 page. I get to the computer excited :) to get my document printed insert my credit card to begin. Nothing was printing. I see Everson and I said excuse me can you please help me?. He replies 1 sec. Yet he doesn't come he is huffing and puffing on the entrance closing the metal gate (9:18), setting the alarm off! a mess. I ask again please can you help me NOT yelling at all but he was a few feet away. He said 1 sec and I said I know but my credit card is running on the system. He comes YELLING SO LOUD! very disrespectful as he approached me WHAT DO YOU NEED??!! OH OK SO LET'S FIGURE WHY IT'S NOT PRINTING?! OUTRAGEOUS, HE KEPT YELLING touch a button and walked away.
