Clinton Premium Outlets — Attraction in Clinton

In the State of CT, we have two outlet and I believe I love both of them. In CT also we only have 3 polo stores: one in New can which is horrible in customer service. However we are blessed with one in Clinton and the other one located at Tanger outlet also in CT. Imagine my joy to shop at these 2 outlets. Clinton Outlet is One of the best outlet I ever visit. On holidays like Black Friday this place is full. People had to park their vehicles in other assigned parking near by. Police had to take control of traffic. Best discount price ever. Even on regular day this outlet never miss a day to surprise me with good discount starting from 25% to 50% store discount plus additional coupon they give to you while shopping to other store and more important and extra 10% military. Can you believe and item that cost $400 you will ending buying it for $90! Unbelievable. My favorite stores are : Polo Ralph Lauren, brooks brothers, lucky brand, Doomie and Burkey, Nike, Addidas, Cole Haan, j crew, American Eagle! Can I say that all are my favorite? This outlet has the most famous brand that someone can enjoy for every pocket. Very clean and secure. I also like the food truck where we can take a break and enjoy some good food. Also some food kiosk. Bathroom are always clean as well. You can spend your whole day shopping over there and don’t even fell it. The design of this outlet is unique. It’s like divided in two parts. The lower part is most like reserve for athletic wear store like puma, new balance, nice and Addidas. I never miss a chance to walk Coach, Kate spade and saks! Sunglass hut and the jewelry place and perfume places. It’s more than an outlet. UGG, asiac’s, Colombia and express! Abercrombie is my only headache because this store is more expensive than Polo. I can’t believe their price are the same as normal store. Abercrombie management needs to revise their price. Love the gap and my most visited place is Tommy Hilfiger. The only place in CT I can walk in my preppy store. Who doesn’t enjoy shopping at vines yard and Levi’s! If you are croc’s lover you lucky. Clarks is also there. Express has a very beautiful store as well and Mikaela kors and Kate spade are still selling the most beautiful hand bag. Thanks God I am not living close to this outlet😂😂😂😂😂😂✌🏽🙏🏽. I had a very bad experience at Ralph Lauren’s factory store there at clinton outlets in CT today. The one of saleswoman was very rude. Today i am off my job . One of my friends she want me to buy 2 T-shirt for her. And asked me if I could send some pictures about T shirt when i am there. Because she could not go with me today.The sale woman told me that i can’t take any pictures at store when i just walked in the store. Ok, i did not. But after while i saw that one customer was taking pictures about one shirt. So i turn back to the salesperson. She was looking at her but she didn’t say anything to her. When i saw this I took my cellphone out of my handbag and took a 5 seconds video to show my friend what’s color there they have right now. So the saleswoman came to me and said to me again. I am very angry about this. The store manager told me that there is a police about can not take pictures or video of products in the store . Ok, if so you should treat people as equally. Because...

My car door was hit while my family and I were shopping at the outlets. I contacted security to see if there was anything the could do to help (possible video, help locating the driver of the car currently parked near me, etc). The responding agent was respectful, but stated that he would not be able to provide a copy of an incident report, per his supervisor. He also stated that Clinton police would not respond if called as it was private property. The security person took photos of my car plate, the damage and called my cell after leaving to get my name for their report, leaving me unclear why I can't have a simple copy of a report indicating when/where damage occurred to my vehicle.

My reviews of stores would reflect individual experiences, but in this case my experience with the management / operations of the outlets themselves was less than satisfactory. I will likely not return to these stores again because of my lack of confidence should something more...
