I recently visited Store and had a mixed experience. The store had a great selection of clothes, and I was initially impressed with the quality and fit—especially a printed shirt I tried on, which I really liked. One of the staff members greeted me warmly and was very friendly, which I appreciated. However, another staff member’s behavior was off-putting; she made an unnecessary comment about my size that felt body-shaming and followed me around the store, making me feel uncomfortable and judged. Read moreI was at the store yesterday looking for an outfit for an upcoming class reunion. I found a fushia jacket and shirt that was perfect but the jacket was a little tight. Cheryl and another woman not only checked all locations in Connecticut to no avail but then checked inventory nationwide wide! The store in Texas was called, they confirmed they had it and it was purchased and will be shipped to me. I hate shopping in stores but these two woman not only have gained a return customer but they represented the brand in an exceptional manner. I will willingly make the trip to Clinton versus online shopping due to these two staff members....

Linda and Marie were so attentive to my daughter’s clothing needs. They suggested many options that coordinated with each other and as she tried items on, they continued to search for options for her.
