Very surprised by the number of positive reviews. I’m very skeptical these are legit reviews. I quit my membership after 2 months for several reasons. 1. Staff not that helpful, which is strange bc there are so many of them just standing there! Would’ve been highly encouraging if they helped out a newbie, there is a bit of a learning curve when first starting out. Rather they give you a brief explanation on your first visit then after that, you are completely on your own. On my very first class, the arm monitor they lent me just shut off, must’ve run out of juice, so I had to jump off the treadmill in the middle of my intense workout and ask for help at the front desk, that was annoying. 2. Highly disorganized. During my membership, I called MULTIPLE times to fix my account bc when I would log in, a complete stranger’s profile picture would show up under MY ACCOUNT. Every time I called, someone would come up with a generic reason as to why that was the case and would tell me to wait a few hours then check again. This went on for an entire week. It worried me that our accounts were somehow linked together and a complete stranger had access to my account (and my cc, etc). Although I wanted to quit immediately, I decided to wait a month to do it so my friend who referred me could at least get her reward. So eventually, I did quit and hoped to leave this mess behind. To ensure my account was actually closed (bc at this point, I had little reason to trust them), I called once more a couple of weeks later to verify. They verified my membership was cancelled, thank God. Or so I thought. This morning, my friend who referred me, called to tell me OT has been charging HER account every month since I became a member and for months after I ended my membership. So OT has essentially been double charging my friend since Oct ā€˜19. This place really needs to get their act together and if you are a current member, I would highly suggest you check your finances to ensure they are not inaccurately...

I had a 10:45am class today and was over 5 minutes late due to everyone driving super slow because it had snowed and iced over the night before. I called in twice to let them know that i was running behind due to the whether and got no answer. I got there to the class around 10:55. One of the emloyees at the front desk said she couldnt let me in because i was over 5 minutes late. I told her I had no idea that it was a only 5 minute grace period and the whether was out of my control (I even left my house 10 minutes earlier to get there on time). I told her that I called twice and no one answered. She said ā€œim not allowed to answer the phone during check inā€ but when i called a few days prior another employee answered 5-10 minutes before the class. She said that its a policy that they cant answer the phone. Which makes no sense THE LEAST she couldve done was answer the phone and said after 5 minutes youre not allowed in the class, but because ā€œits policyā€ which is not ideal to many costumers, i wasted my time even driving there so she can send me right back home. She couldnt excuse my first time being over 5 minutes late due to the snow and due to the fact that she couldnt pick up the phone and simply say what it is. I asked her if this would happen to every person running late that couldnt get in touch with the front desk because of there ā€œpolicyā€ that you cant call in and...

I initially joined OTF with the expectation of trying it for a few months. I loved it so much I've stayed for almost a year now. The trainers and staff are all extremely friendly and meet you where you are fitness wise. To the OTF family, it's not all about losing weight per say, but rather, to push your body to be faster and stronger than you ever thought you were capable of. Losing weight is more like the cherry on top. Your goals can include weight loss but OTF gets the overall concept of what a fitness journey should be at its core--to do right by your body and leave class/the studio being impressed with yourself as opposed to disappointed.

The trainers are exceptional in the fact that they make the attempt to really try to remember you and your goals to further motivate you during classes. Besides the classes, Nicole and the rest of the staff go out of their way to do fun things outside of the studio as well (e.g. "no shower happy hour", studio hike). It really makes you feel as if you're a part of a community that...
