My return was a lot better than my going. Going I couldn’t get help with where I needed to go. Thankful that I arrived two hours early. The Rent A Cop's are MISERABLE I was screamed at by one tonight not once but twice because he couldn't properly explain directions about ANYTHING. He proceeded to scream at my passengers that I was picking up at the end of him throwing a fit he tried intimidating me by writing down my plate. Never in my life have I had a more terrible experience at this airport. I went to the airport a hour before my flight n the ticket lady wouldn’t give me a boarding pass. Regardless if I was cutting it close, I should of still been able to make my flight. I missed a year long family trip to Disneyworld. After I confronted her she would not give me her name to report.she continued to argue with me and cuss at me.All the employees sided with her and refused to give me names.
