I recently stopped by Atlanta Stillhouse for lunch on 11/19 while awaiting my flight back home. I will never recommend this establishment to anybody.
Shakevia was my waitress and from start to finish she had an attitude. Quite possibly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in my life. When I first sat down, a gentleman at the table next to me had just finished complaining about how they overcharged him as there were items on his bill that he did not order. Little did I know that it seems to be routine behavior for the staff and that it would happen to me too.
I ordered nachos and before my food even arrived, Shakevia came over with my check without asking if I wanted anything else. I looked at the total and saw that it came to be about $17. Later, when I gave her my card she came back with a receipt which said $24.53 (I saved the receipt). The receipt was not itemized, it was just a total amount so I asked her if gratuity was included and she was super nasty and said “bruh no”. So, I asked why my total changed from the original receipt and she checked and said I charged you for the man sitting next to you who ordered banana pudding. I asked her to rectify it and adjust the bill and she said I needed to wait for the manager, so I did.
I sat there like a shmuck waiting for 30 minutes and still no solution, she was very nasty and told me I had to keep waiting for the manager or I could leave and I’d see a refund to my card. I told her I didn’t trust her or the establishment and would wait. However, my flight started boarding and I could not wait any longer.
Flash forward to almost 24 hours later and there are still no signs of an adjustment being made to my credit card. Also, there’s no way of getting in contact with the manager at the restaurant now that I’m back home as the phone number does not even work.
The mediocre nachos were not worth the hassle. I’d rather eat at Auntie Anne’s than to have someone blatantly steal money from me and disrespect me my entire meal. If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. Completely unacceptable and if not rectified I will be in touch with my credit...

Long version: No service was given by the staff. They were rude and to be truley honest lazy. We were 6 people and they did not try to accommodate us to sit together. They seemed totally uninterested in the guests and kept talking and hanging out at the bar.
My colleague who ordered as the first person had to wait for 30 minutes before they came back saying they had forgotten her order (a salad) - she ended up getting her salad when the rest of us had finished our food. The staff never expressed regret or said they were sorry for the wait.
When we wanted to pay, our waitres did 4 of our payments and the guy at the bar did 2. Unfortunately, he didn't know how to put in the card details. And even though our waitress was next to him at the bar doing nothing, she didn't help him. Even when we asked her to help as we now had waited sooooo long for food and to pay, that we were going to be late for boarding. The guy at the bar didn't get it right 5 times and made all these ridiculous claims and explanations why the cards didn't work.
I had to raise my voice and air my frustration before our waitress finally stepped in. And surely the payment went through....

Read moreThis is the second time I have stopped here to wait for a flight. Thought I would share my experience. First time waited 20 min to get a beer, server acted as if I bothered her when I asked for it. Once i got it, it was warm and an below the top of the glass. If i pay for a glass i expect it to be full. Food was served cold, sent it back. Server was taken off my table, because she wanted to argue with me about my food. Second time, beer again was not cold, asked for a chilled glass, bartender was accomodating, and gave me chilled glass. Ordered chicken slidder, it was not served hot. Gnats and flies all over the bottles and bar beverage area -disgustng!! Bartenders picking up glasses with fingers inside dirty glass then serving clean new drinks -disgusting. Servers drinking and leaving their beverages in bar area, not washing hands, then serving people food -disgustng!!!!! Health permit on wall says 100% but if you read that have been marked down on food temo, food labeling, food handling. Service is ALWAYS lacking, food is mediocre, and cleanliness is appalling.
