Savannah's Candy Kitchen — Attraction in College Park

We ordered a cake 6 weeks early to arrive on my husband’s birthday. The day before his birthday I checked to see where it was via UPS and UPS said a return to sender was requested. Apparently the cake was sent on Friday for a Tuesday delivery…quite a long time to be in the post I think. According to Savanna Candy on Friday a call was made to my number and a message left saying it would take too long and what did I want to do. Of course I never got that message and I didn’t receive and email which would have worked considering we were out if the country. Now why would they not know it took 5 days to ship when they shipped it? If there was a mistake why didn't the ship another on Monday? They returned my call on my husband’s birthday (Tuesday) and without apologizing and with an attitude said you want us to send another or get a refund? Apparently there shipping only works if you’re Bethany Frankle. Poorly...

There is one in B Terminal and one in C, apparently 😋😀 I cannot find the one on C on Maps.... but, it, too, was delish. I think is a bit smaller, maybe, then B.

Every thing I've ever gotten here has been delish !!

There is a wide range of sweets to choose from - see photos....

They have milk chocolate things and white chocolate things... candy in jars you serve yourself....

They do carry drinks in a fridge, too. After all, you need something to go with all that Sweet !!

The few times I've been there the employees have been great and friendly. They are patient - for people like me who are a bit overwhelmed by what all they have and how they sell it. I guess most is by the pound...?

Poor service is an understatement. Sales person was not only unpleasant and unhelpful but she stuffed all the items I purchased in the smallest (obviously repurposed bag) with no handles or other way of actually carrying it. Everything was stuffed in to the top of the “bag”. I asked if I could please have a larger bag or a box (there were many branded boxes of various sizes displayed throughout the store). My items were then dumped in a plastic shopping bag and almost thrown at me. This is a gift shop looking candy store in an airport. I purchased multiple types and quantities of items. I was obviously buying gifts to take back from my trip. I didn’t understand why the default was not for me to get these items well packaged in a way that appeared giftable and they would make it well to my...
