I don’t know the name of the young lady working, but it’s on A Concourse between A20 and A 24. I was there around 4:30-5:00 pm on Sunday March 9. She was so kind and helpful! Horrible experience at concourse A. 0900 on 3/5, so if management sees this they can know who was working. Extremely rude lady. I went in there and asked if they had napkins available and after she finally looked up from her phone she said “good morning.” And I was confused and asked again and she repeated herself and rolled her eyes. I was here today and I had a horrible experience with this lady who was working there. She was rude and very disrespectful to me. I was trying to buy a hoody, and she kept asking me so many questions about size, color, etc. Basically, she didn't want me to touch anything if I wasn't going to buy it.
