I want to say that I’ve come in here several times, and everyone is super nice and always has a smile on their face, especially Bea. She always greats me with a “how is your day going?” or “it’s a beautiful day, isn’t it?” and it makes me look forward to come in and look around. That streak ended today when a lady by the name of Layla tried to tell me that I couldn’t wash my dog after we already paid for it, when I got here over an hour before they closed. Now granted, there were two dogs in the washer already, but I don’t see why I couldn’t wait and wash my dog after. She had a really bad attitude, and I could tell that she didn’t want to wait until 7, when they close, to clean the dog wash area. Just disappointed in her.

Read moreWalked in the door to tell them I needed propane and was greeted by a very rude kid. I went outside to get my propane and drove my truck to the gate and they told me not to block the gate. I then told them I was disabled and the guy let me through and I ask if he could get it off and load it back for me and was told NO very rude. I then pointed out their sign that said they would load anything and offer assistance to which he replied not on propane so do you want it or not. My wife and I were going to shop for boots and shirts but we left and will never go back. Now we use Caldwell or Brenham location. They show items in stock but can’t find them when you show up. Then tell you to order online and ship to the store - and they want to charge $99. ship and pickup at the store.
