Bought a pair of Christmas slippers and gave them to my sister. She didn’t like them and they didn’t fit. Went to exchange, for store credit 5 days after Christmas. We were met with a rude manager who would not allow us to even exchange for a different item or purchase something of higher value. With my mom having been a loyal customer since they opened (10+) years ago. They lost our business over a $30 pair of slippers they are still selling full price in store.

The customer service and the interaction in the store, along with the lack of any reasonable options for an item that didn’t work for the recipient is extremely poor customer experience. I am sad to say my family and I will no longer support this business and want to make sure others know that as a customer you do not have reasonable options...

I recently visited GirliGirl Boutique in Colleyville with my EIGHT YEAR OLD daughter, expecting it to be a fun, family-friendly shop. Instead, I was absolutely horrified to find products covered in offensive curse words displayed throughout the store. WARNING TO PARENTS: This boutique is completely inappropriate for children's eyes. If you don’t want your child exposed to profanity and obscenities, do not go inside. ADVICE TO THE STORE OWNER: Please post a warning sign outside the store so that customers are aware ahead of time that this is really an adult-only store. I really do not appreciated the experience we had in the store and I have no idea why these types of profanities need to be sewn on the pillows, etc. that you selling...
