I worked at Chipotle for years and it is one of my favorite fast food restaurants and enjoy contributing to it as working with this company gave me insight to how much they care about their employees…However, this was my very first terrible experience as a customer. I ordered and everything was fine until I ordered my sides and the “manager” Brad said he was going to charge me for the sides which is weird because I had not ordered a large tortilla, guac, nor extra meat (which are charged items), I told him that that was untrue and that I had worked at Chipotle and knew what I can be charged for. He became very combative and said he had worked at Chipotle for 6 years and that they charge for sides, (btw there is also no sign saying they charge for sides and have been to this location prior and have never been charged for cold sides) … I asked the cashier for his name and she gave me his first name and said she couldn’t give me his last name… I paid for my food, went to get my drink and could hear them talking about me… I felt so humiliated… considering he is a Manager and therefore a leader he has set a very low example. As an officer in the Army, I have led and have seen others lead soldiers and understand good leadership when I see it and the way I was treated here in no way displays good leadership by management nor a good example to...
Read moreThis location used to be great, but today was AWFUL. My teenager ordered queso on her bowl and although she thought it looked a little weird, she didnt have the confidence to say so...when she got at home and showed me I tried to say, oh its fine, --- but I looked and it was absolutely curdled (and the chips tasted like they were made days ago). Sometimes they are slightly stale but these were inedible. Trash.
I took the bowl back and the queso in the line was still the same yellow curdled chunky mess instead of white creamy looking queso they usually have. The manager had the nerve to act like it was my daughter's fault for accepting it instead of their fault for continuing to serve it. She said it got too hot. She did chunk it and put out a new container. Bottom line is it shouldn't take a customer complaint to see that you're serving something that is absolutely the poorest of quality and disgusting. And trust me, I had no interest in driving back up to Chipotle or writing this, but there was no choice-- it ruined the whole bowl (and looked like vomit). We have probably gone there 30 times in the last year and this visit and this employee...
Read moreMy workplace occasionally does group-orders from this location. Each time, one or two things have always been missing from my order. Annoying, sure, but not a big deal.
This time, though, NONE of the 8 bowls/salads and burritos we ordered were labeled (we provided names for each order) and my coworker who picked it up was told that they were "too busy" to label them and that we'd "know" which was which. Imagine saying that to a customer's face - especially a customer who's dropping $80+.
Well since you obviously cannot differentiate between two burritos or two bowls by just looking at them, we had to open up every bowl and burrito and dig through them with a fork to identify the ingredients and match them up with who they belonged to. This was made even more difficult because, once again, several orders were missing ingredients. For example, mine was missing the fajita veggies and guacamole (which is especially bad, since that costs extra) and the salad orders did not even come with their dressing.
TLDR: Don't order from here if you like your orders to be correct and/or if you expect the bare-minimum level of...
